One Spa at RACV Royal Pines Resort

Last time I went here the lady gently rubbed oil over me. It was terrible, I was really looking forward to a good massage.

Absolute bliss enjoying a massage and facial. My therapist was just perfect and the surroundings are beautiful. My favourite day spa to visit on the GC.

What a beautiful spa, and the massage was one of the best I've had. The masseuse checked if the pressure was right and proceeded in silence. After my massage, I was shown to another beautiful room overlooking water and was served with a ginger tea and mango sorbet. Loved the whole experience.

Staff are so professional, my therapist was Riho and I was served by Kimi, they made it the most professional spa I ever went to, and boy, I've been to so many. I want to thank both of you so much. This place is what I imagine heaven would be like, or like a super futuristic intergalactic space ship inside. All white, high ceilings, a tent above it, who ever designed this should get an award. The doors are heavy and sound proof, the decor is sleek and immaculate. The therapy room has a shower overlooking the lake, and you could look out while you enjoy the perfect rain shower. The waiting room was so tranquil you could have a snooze. I had the Nurture (hot stone massage, scalp, foot therapy, express spa facial), detox mud therapy. Riho was so thorough and graceful that the express facial felt like she applied 10 different treatments on.can't even imagine what the full facial would be like. Thank you ever so much and well done!

What a fabulous experience. I felt like a queen even walking to the changing room I felt like I should have been carried.
I had the hot stone massage and it was truly amazing. Best experience for a group of ladies for a treat or also a very romantic room for you and your partner.

What a beautiful tranquil haven is One Spa. Exceeded expectations, we had the couples royal indulgence package and my therapist Maylea provided a wonderful “just right pressure” massage and the waterfall shower in the steam room was something I hadn’t experienced before. The spa feels very zen and the staff friendly and attentive. 5 stars from us!

My massage therapist was Aiko and I had the ‘muscle ease massage’ - 90 minutes of hard work for this strong and thorough therapist! The attention to knots and muscle tension was everything I hoped for!
So good to walk away feeling wonderful, tuned but also pampered. Thank you

I had such a great experience during my stay at RACV Royal pines. One spa is too good and I was served by Alison, she is the best.she is such a beautiful lady insideout. I was so relaxed and calm after the hot stone massage. Loved every bit of the place. The view was great from the spa room. Keep up the good work. Best wishes to the whole team.

Camila was wonderful. I had hot stone massage + express facial. The service was efficient, timely and very welcoming. The atmosphere was so relaxing and beautiful. I would highly recommend this spa.

The Gold Coasts best kept secret! Absolutely amazing five star experience that did not disappoint! Every aspect of my time spent at One Spa was professional, relaxing and luxurious down to the finest detail. The staff are lovely, warm, welcoming yet professional. The facilities are exceptional, everything is very clean and very well maintained with a high attention to detail. I have been to every day spa on the Gold Coast and this is by FAR the best. Who ever is managing the day to day operations of this spa should be congratulated as they are doing an exceptional job, their eye for detail and perfectionism shows at every turn. I would recommend you arrive a little before your treatment and make use of the relaxation lounge. Lots of comfy, privately situated recliners with refreshments, binge worthy books and a beautiful outdoor balcony overlooking the lake and wildlife. It’s hard to believe you are only 5km from Surfers Paradise. Your own private change room featuring full bathroom with luxury shower and amenities, robe, slippers and more is a real bonus to freshen up (if you wish) before leaving. I cannot wait to return. Thank you One Spa for giving me some much needed relaxation time.

I went to go get a massage at the spa at royal pines. I was really stressed that day and I was running a little late. The ladies there made me feel very welcome. The waiting room was relaxing and quiet. The complimentary tea was delicious.

I was getting one of the less expensive massages, with a voucher I got for Christmas. But the attendants were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome and appreciated. The massage was just the right length. I loved the hot stone treatment. The massage therapist was professional, friendly and made me feel relaxed.

I'm saving up for a return trip because I thoroughly enjoyed the time to myself. I'd recommend it to others too. See if you can book a time when nobody else will be there.

Feeling very sore and unfortunately, as I’m from a different state I hadn’t pre-booked, fortunately they were able to give me a half hour massage. Omg, hands down the best massage I’ve ever had, feeling a whole lot better, and next time I’ll make sure I book in early so I can get a longer appointment
