Had a light bar and roof rack installed by Olbis. There was no communication throughout the day whilst the installation was happening, and upon driving the vehicle away and testing the setup, the following was noticed;

- lighting patterns provided by me were not followed, therefore, I have to pay an auto-electrician to reprogramme the light patterns (I provided a sheet with all the programming inputs include),
- roof rack whistles at speeds above 60km/h - if this was a known, it should’ve been communicated,
- roof rack was not aligned in the position I requested,
- wiring was not neatly tucked away or hidden as I requested.

A lot of money for nothing - I’d suggest going somewhere else for matters of this nature.

Bought a "cell-fi go" phone booster and new UHF and had it installed. Took the unit to North Qld. Booster never worked properly. UHF was weak in transmission and receiving. Took booster out and returned it in December. Was told I wouldn't hear back to Feb this year (2021). So I purchased a new one. (over$1000). Put new one back where old one was and plugged power wire in. Still not working. Took truck to electronic specialist. The phone booster was wired using wrong cabling, the UHF was wired to a broken antenna. In April, I had to chase up a credit for initial booster, then it took 2 days for them to find the job card. I handed them a written report on the faulty installation of both appliances and the dodgy cable.they were not interested in backing their product or satisfying me as a client. No recompense. Would never use them again.

Still waiting for a quote three weeks later. That's pretty slack, to be forgotten. You might fare differently.

Website says closes at 5pm, get over there 4.30pm, sign on door says closes 4pm. Just traveled south side of Brisbane to go there.

Lots of great toys. Staff helpful, but both people I mainly dealt with had been there only a short time.

The people who work here are extremely knowledgeable and were very forthcoming on all my questions.
