Had a wonderful facial treatment with the lovely Charlotte, she has excellent hands and felt very relaxed and comfortable with her competency.

I had my first facial at OI Cosmetic Studio with Charlotte today. I walked away literally feeling like a new woman. I’ve never met anyone with so much knowledge. I instantly had so much trust in her to be looking after my face. I will be back in 4 weeks to see her again thank you so much Charlotte!

Love this place and love the staff always go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and take the time to help you understand what your skin needs.

I absolutely love Oi cosmetics, it’s such a comforting and enjoyable experience, all the employees are so welcoming and kind. My skin has never been better, my acne has disappeared and we are working on getting rid of my scaring but i have already seen results. I went to Oi after responding to a FB promotion giving me an opportunity to experience their services without outlaying too much money. The treatment I had was lovely and the beautician was very nice but the hard sell was what lost me. I felt like the consultant was probably under pressure to reach her KPI’s and as a result it wasn’t a relaxing experience. I felt I needed to remain strong so that I wasn’t talked into something that either wasn’t for me or I couldn’t afford. When she presented me with a 4 week plan that added up to over $2000 was my deciding factor. I will never go back to this business as the hard sell is a total turn off and has very little to do with people having beautiful skin.

Made to feel very relaxed. Procedures explained thoroughly. Eliza was fantastic. Great place to get work done. Highly recommend. Jake fantastic too.

Had a microdermabrasion facial done at Oi and it was the best experience ever! The salon was clean and well presented and the staff were all so friendly and professional. A special mention to Mel who did the micro facial as it was such a relaxing and pleasant experience and my skin is now glowing!
