Officeworks Strathpine

How can colour printing 12 basic A3 pages and delivering 6km away take five working days? Also the back-end of the Officeworks website provides minimal updates on expected delivery time. Pathetic in this day & age.

They like to follow you around nearly every isle and watch you as if your stealing stuff. Felt really uncomfortable will not be coming back.

A good office works with plenty of stock and friendly staff. Also an unexpected place for children's activities and present ideas.

Very friendly and handsome man named Jack came out of the back room and helped me find what I needed.

If more people were as great as jack in retail there wouldn’t be any complaints.

Paid for an item via click and collect only to be refunded hours later because of privacy and security concerns whatever that means. Strongly do not recommend.

Nothing special just downloading photos from phone to developer. Thankyou so much Caitlin for your time and expertise. Such a pleasure dealing with someone who was comfortable to deal with my lack of technology. Always a pleasure dealing with this company, definitely not a Bunnings situation. Staff are always happy and obliging.

Manager was rude and they didn’t response properly. I did print 16pcs photos from self print deck about 5: 35pm. At 6pm manager came and said that they couldn’t do my job and I wasted my time.

Officeworks Strathpine has lady staff members who are extremely helpful. They smile and greet their customers with warmth an smiles. I asked for a mechanical pencil. Had to be 7mm 2B an they got it. Other Officeworks told me no way would I get one.

It's always great going to officeworks in the evening, so quite but still plenty of staff if you need anything.

Would be a great store with a decent manager. The rest of the staff are lovely just the manager is so rude and arrogant

Went in today to Officeworks to get some palm cards printed. Despite being a bit unsure of the process for doing this, I was helped by Kayla. Kayla was kind and helpful with what to do, and was very patient with me. Thanks a lot:)

I always have a great experience at Officeworks in Strathpine. On my most recent visit the lad helped me with my computer desk, we carried it to my car and he even helped me load it in. Everyone is always happy at this Officeworks, the store manager must be doing a good job.

While waiting for ink to be delivered decided to try officeworks print service, called before hand asking if would print on customers own paper, got told as long as it's not more than 300gsm will be fine, when I arrived lady at front counter went and asked manager and manager turned around and said he wouldn't run my paper threw the printer, without even looking at it, I noted it was less than 300gsm with still same answer, I asked why I got told I could over phone but now Its denied? Lady replayed "sorry I'm not management I don't know why that was their decision but they won't do it".
Rang Aspley straight after and they said come in won't be a drama.

I'm guessing it's one of them places if you have a big bold INCOMPETENT on your resume as a cover letter you get a manager position straight off the bat.
Absolute joke and won't be back.

Great place, bought a Samsung phone here and they beat the price by 5% which is awesome. Great place we get all our home office supplies and kids school stuff here. Staff are really nice aswell.

Got what I needed but their new way of do it yourself printing is not easy at all to work out, why get rid of the old system and ways when they worked, were popular and easy to use. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Today i went to the Strathpine OfficeWorks to purchase posca pens, i was testing them and a very unkind worker came up to me and and said in a rude tone and manner up in my face “these pens are not for drawing and are for only doing lines. ” How am i meant to test the product properly if this worker is in my face telling me that not to do what i was doing. I am an artist that heavily focuses on using posca pens and other paint pens. In the future i will not be purchasing from this OfficeWorks after experiencing such an uncomfortable time.
