I wish I caught her name but was just at office works with my two young daughters when a storm came over with torrential rain. One of the lovely ladies working there walked my daughters and I back to my car with an umbrella. So kind! What a legend!

Awesome setup. Very well laid out and the helpful staff assisted in picking everything needed on our lists. Made shopping very easy and affordable. Managed to purchase everything we needed in one trip and from the one store

Waiting 40 minutes an still no help. I asked a young girl but she immediately walked quickly out the back an said to a coworker I'm not in the mood for customers.

Worst experience of service every time in Rothwell officeworks. 3 times I have been sent to Northlakes for photographs within six months. Everytime they give the excuse of staff shortage or other reasons. Then why they don't remove the photography option from Rothwell?
Even manager doesn't care how much time customers are waiting! Typically I have felt recism in Rothwell officeworks!

Today I had the most amazing customer service from a female staff by the name of Mel B. She searched the internet to find me the best price for a Samsung phone and galaxy watch. Officeworks should be very proud of their wonderful staff member. I would recommend anyone to go to the Rothwell store for great customer service.

Extremely helpful in finding me an item that was on clearance. Especially as its price was only $1, but the staff member went over and beyond to find it for me when not on the shelf it should have been. I will definitely be back.

I was there today this young lady Katie did a picture off my usb printed off a2 photo laminated she was so helpful.need more staff like her.would recommend her for employees of the mouth for being kind and helpful

Recently had trouble with some technology over a few visits. We were served by Jody, Mel & Jett who each went out of their way to try & get us sorted. We were absolutely blown away by how friendly & helpful these staff members were. Thanks guys, you made Rothwell #1 in our book!

Always helpful clean shop friendly staff so far everything I've needed each time I go in its in stock.vary rare these days to have all things needed as a business owner operator I need to have things on hand so im extremely happy with tgis store its in a mega complex of shops in the area lots of parking available and if no cat there is public transport hubs near a few bus stops

I have ordered my daughter's booklist through the website to be picked up in this store. The estimated pick up date was 7/2, which was 2 weeks later. When it was close to the collection date, it automatically postponed to a few days later. I have been patiently waiting as it kept postponing. A week later, I called officeworks ordering department, they said the items were sent a while ago, but they gonna send a few extra to the store again. I should be contacted by the store soon. I have been waiting for an extra week. Nothing happening. I called the Rothwell store. At the begining, the staff said they were still waiting for the stocks. A few minutes later she found that the order was arrived. It was sitting there the whole time ready to be collected, but when I arrived, the staff told me my order wasn't ready yet. The tracking system still shows it's on its way to the store. I explained to them and they went searching and finally got my order. I have been waiting for entire month and the staff wasn't helping, wasn't friendly and they didn't even feel sorry. I don't think I gonna visit the officeworks Rothwell again. It wasted my time and my daughter couldn't get what she needed in time.

Went to Rothwell with Laptop issue 360 days after purchase. Didn’t get assistants name however the service and attention I received was outstanding. I was kept informed and the issue was resolved while i was there. I highly recommend this store and their staff.

What's the point having a business when nobody answers the phone, teenagers run amuck here. More talking & less working.
Lost my company's business for good this time. No more contributing to their tuckshop funds.kids at daycare got more brains and any of them. I'm taking my $800 a month elsewhere

The assistant named Shakilah who served me at the printing section was exceptional. Not only was she extremely efficient but also very helpful and pleasant. You are lucky to have this staff member.

Poor customer service! Female staff member incredibly rude and abrupt. Could do with some training in customer service

Was told to come to the Click & Collect Bay - it doesn’t exist. The guy apologised “oh yeah, forgot to put the sign out”. Customers inside all standing around with no staff to assist them. Staff on the checkouts all very apathetic and unhelpful (including the guy who I guessed might be the Manager).

Excellent service today from the staff, i ordered a few items on click and collect and was made aware after i placed the order that it would be an extra day, as i am going away i was worried i wouldn't get them in time. They called me back explaining that they would go to another store to get the products so they will there this afternoon.

Called them about getting my Venus Heat sealer repaired. Guy was very short on phone. He said never heard of them we dont stock them. Checked there website and they do in fact sell them. Dont know there own products.

The service I got when I bought ink for my bussiness printer was terrrible. Yesterday Friday 23/10/20 just after 6pm went there to buy ink for my printer as I needed it urgently for my bussiness, the Female Staff member at the counter was not interested in serving me at all telling me that she cant help me and very rude. Was then served by another male Staff member but even when the male Staff member was serving me the rude female Staff member started talking to the male Staff member about how She was thinking about what food to eat and the Male Staff member suggested Pizza. I found this behaviour very apppauling and unproffessional to the least. I buy a lot of products for my Bussiness at this Store but not any more.

I went the copy centre today at the Rothwell branch and was served by Tanya. Thank you, for your expert helpfulness, and your can-do attitude. While staff are polite, the service level and quality, differs immensely across staff. Tanya was genuinely committed to providing service and I was thrilled to find my order of shop signage, completed in less than half a day, on the same day I ordered it. Tanya also took the initiative to check if the banner size I ordered was actually in stock, and then went above and beyond to be certain my advertisement, would fit my banner size choice. (instead of the common attitude, of cheerful disengagement from the customers art design, as to if it actually fits the stores banner sizes properly). At a different Officeworks branch, I actually paid $200 for a banner, and an A4 size, I submitted on my usb was printed onto a 2meter banner and it looked ridiculous, with 80% blank space. There was no redress, if I was made aware of the end result I'd not have wasted my money.
But it was a totally different outcome eith Tanya today. She cared about the end result and made great suggestions, as to which would fit best, and confirmed before placing the order and billing me. I'm confident in the cut and copy shop, when I see Tanya at the counter. Money well spent today, very quick turn around, a beautiful, useable product that exceeded my expectations because Tanya took the time to share her expertise. I noticed the store manager come and serve people at the cut and copy centre, as the line grew, as I ordered more things, feelong inspired and confident about the product. The manager has acteam mentality and I noticed that and appreciated it. Thank you, you were fantastic Tanya.

Nice selection of stuff but the internet service for the photo printing is horrible it work the first round until the end and had to go back into it after printing that lot the print 6 more and my photos that I wanted wouldn’t load I would suggest getting a better internet service or somthing to make the connecting better
