18I wanted to put 4.5/5. Service in the aisles, and assistance with products, was great, and better than other stores. Good range at this larghe store. I was after some technical drawing devices, which the store had in stock. Quick to get in and out. Thank you! J
Today I feel like I have to share my adventure at Officeworks Robina I think this really hit the limit.
I went with my 2 kids to buy 2 gaming chairs for Christmas and while we were browsing we saw the one we were interested on a display shelf so we kindly ask to a stuff member if was possible to try it and she came back after several minutes telling me that unfortunately it wasn't possible as they needed 3 staff members to take the chair off the shelf as a safety measure, so me and my kids didn't know if she was joking or she was being serious, I had just to think about it, I then went to ask her if she could call 3 members, the shop was really quiet and staff wandering around, she looked at me very annoyed and the manager also came to remark that there was nothing he could do to help me,
I really felt teased and treated like an idiot, I just had to walk away I can't believe it it actually happened it looked unreal.

I would give no stars if available. I placed an order on Wednesday and was still waiting for an email so went in the store today and the order wasn’t placed and it’s very clear that it wasn’t done as the original receipt doesn’t have click and collect on it but the new receipt has it. The staff member called Zach that placed the order didn’t do it but tried to blame a computer error. Extremely bad customer service
Thank you to Paige for ALL her trouble shooting & patience with me. I have not had customer service like that in years. The entire team prior to the day via the phone were also so helpful also. The best office works in the South

I had to print so many different things for a new restaurant opening and they really helped me trough!
I can say that with their kindness and lovely attitude it was definitely less stressful for me!

Great customer service by Shadae in the Print & Copy section this morning. She was friendly, efficient and very helpful in printing and scanning confidential documents I couldn’t do myself at the self-serve printers. Thanks Shadae!
Today I went in to buy a heavy item. Donna (Don Don on her tag) was so lovely, and very helpful. I felt very welcome in the store and she assisted me with returning to collect the item that wouldn't fit in the car. I didn't feel like a hassle, nothing was too hard. Just wanted to give her a shout out because helpful staff who go above and beyond should be noticed.
New store. Clean and well laid out. Staff service is shocking. Took me 30mins to print 4 pages. Lined up for a new card. 1 person serving while 2 stood at entrance and another just looking busy and avoiding customers. Finally got it. Printer took my money but didn't print. Line up again. Staff helped. Line up again to have it laminated. Told to leave it and come back tomorrow for 4 pages laminated. How hard can it be? Staff just didn't care about serving. Wanted to look busy and avoid looking at customers in the line. Very slack
Needed Passport photos, after many attempts I was told success, only to have them rejected at Australia Post.
Not a great option for anything important.
Perhaps don't offer a service you can't service properly.
The absolute worst Office Works store!
Do not go here if you need photos or anything printed. Nothing works.
Went in a few weeks ago to print something and all printers offline. Went again today and can’t load my card with it’s accepting cash only. Thought in 2023 contactless payment was easy and preferred
Got served by Kai, sorry if I spelt it wrong. Absolutely amazing service, knew what he was talking about. I had my baby, he helped load my car, great customer service, will be going back!
Placed a click and collect order with the pickup time 2 hours. Left home for a 40 minute drive, arrived to be told that even though this sale was final, they had placed our PAID FOR product on hold for someone that phoned (not paid for) and sold underneath us. Did not make an effort to refund the product in store, passed the buck over to customer support who didn’t want to go out of their way to help either. Judging from previous recent reviews this is happening to a lot of others too. I would avoid this store

Ridiculously poor service, print desk want to charge 15c per cut of paper using their scissors sat on the counter?
Disgraceful Service! Preordered a phone. They took the money nearly 2 weeks ago, however have no idea when phone will arrive. They continually pass the buck and refer me onto their main office who have no idea either.
The last phone I bought from them cam broken. Don't buy or deal with this company!
The print and create section is shocking. I normally get my business stuff printed at other Office Works stores but thought I’d try the Robina one out as I live close by. I’ve never received worse service anywhere and the prints were a mess. I ordered 14 of each page but received up to 20 of some and 9 of others, missing pages and cut unevenly. When I tried explaining what they did I kept getting cut off as though I did something wrong. There was no apology or acknowledgment of their obvious mistake until the sales assistant had time to process what had happened, she then offered a refund which I did not accept. A sincere apology and patience would have been sufficient. Shocking service!
Kye was a huge help. Give him a pay rise. He helped us even though our kids were screaming the store down
