Officeworks Gladstone

Shopping for school supplies with no floor staff on hand and high number of basic items unavailable. Young man at the counter didn’t actually speak to me even when spoken to and greeted, throwing items I purchased back at me. Stark contrast to the lass serving beside him Georgia who was polite and friendly and ask relevant questions to assist the customers she was serving. Very disappointing experience

Pathetic staff.
Absolutely no knowledge on product, nor how to use 'self service' facilities.
Wow.
Not ONE person in that store is of any value to society.

Apparently printing one piece of A5 is too much work and we’re asked to book it in and pick up next morning.

I found out that you can take Accu-Chek Performa diabetes devices there for recycling. Really good. Saves them going to landfill. They are being phased out so a lot will be disposed of.

What Poor service.went in to have something printed & was told I would be lucky if it was printed in 4 hrs or even by the next day.
Any other office works I have been into have taken 2 mins to print off my jobs.
I won't bother with Gladstone Office works again!

I have to serve myself. Had a broken arm. Spoken to rudely. Receipts didn't print. No ink in printer waited over 20 minutes for photos to print. Not informed of long delay. Ignored. Service just keeps getting worse, display phones in multiple colours but only sell black.

Good prices but poor service, other people rating the previous employees will be in for a rude shock. I bought a multi function laser printer from them 2 months before and then they don't even know what the toner cartridge is for it, When I arrived a woman was googling it on her phone which I'd already done. I felt I was very poorly served. I found the toner myself. I will use ebay from now on for toner cartridges. They are cheaper too on ebay.

Absolutely no help. Was after a laptop and a printer. The person there said she didn't know anything about the equipment. No one would help her. She just read what was on the tags of the printers at me and said she knows nothing about the laptops so she cant help me. Then said well I can't help u, but if u want me to scan anything let me know. So I obviously waisted a good half n hour and then left with nothing.

Would like to give a huge shout out to Chris the Manager at Gladstone office works After laminating a poster for my Grandson did not go right he personally replaced it when he went to Brisbane and then laminated it for free so very greatful his

The store has lovely staff, I have had amazing experience and if you go there treat the staff with respect because you never know if it's thier first shift or if they are struggling if you give respect you get respect

There service was terrible. I had to go collect a order at back to school time one of their busiest times of the year and I walk past a group of employees just hanging around and cause congestion while a lot of people needed help I asked them for help and they ignored me. They are so unorganised and I'm not planning to go back there anytime soon.

Karen saved me twice in a row, with a lost USB and then a printing error which she went above and beyond to correct for me. Felt super valued as a customer and I’ll keep coming back for people like that!

Old stock being sold as latest products and prices. When you try to buy a product that is on their catalogue and you go to the store and they don't have it. "We can order it for you! " But you pay for a delivery fee. Not good to hear from a company that has national buying power

The service provided by the staff in the printing department is first class. Highly recommend the team in the Gladstone store for your printing, scanning and laminating tasks. Fast, friendly and efficient.

Nice store and staff, but photo printing self service is incredibly slow and buggy, took me half an hour and two tries to print.

Abigail and Lauren are the best ambassadors for Officeworks Gladstone they both do a terrific job with lots of smiles and professionalism they both deserve a pay rise or some sort of recognition for making my time there over both Saturday and Sunday really pleasant thanks ladies

I recently contacted this store about a run-out phone they had in stock (the last in QLD). The manager of the Gladstone store offered to personally deliver it to my nearest store whilst he was on a planned trip to Brisbane. This is really going above and beyond. Very impressed. Thank You for excellent customer service.
