Today I been there to do a copy of some documents they didn’t know how to do a copy and Matt the manager of the store comes and he was supper rude shame on this office work have the manager doesn’t know how to talk to the people.

Very very bad service and the staff is not helpful. The staff member needs to attend to every customer not only focusing on one person.

Visited tonight after making a mistake on the printing machines an hour earlier, and the lovely and accommodating staff were more than happy to help me out. Seth from the printing desk was even kind enough to print a single test sheet to show me before printing the rest of my documents to make sure everything was alright. They took extra time to make sure my experience went smoothly, even though the store was closing soon, and I can't thank you guys enough for helping me out. Beautiful quality prints in vibrant colour.

Mostly reasonably good. But Officeworks is a very large corporation & may never be perfect.

The staff could not have been more helpful, all you can ask for and more.

Ali was a very attentive and productive employee. She was able to troubleshoot problems without an issue. While other workers brushed me off and chatted amongst each other, Ali was quick to call me and help me with the printing. Not only was she fantastically efficient, but she had a very humorous personality and ensured magnificent customer service. AI will have a hard time replacing her!

Overall ok place, sometimes I find it really hard to get someone to help you with your queries but otherwise it is just like any other Officeworks, you get most of the stuff you need and they are open till 9: 00 and they will let you on at 8: 50 for a quick print or something like that which is good at the time of emergency

If Seth is working the print counter, wait for another staff member, as he will absolutely not put in any more effort than the bare minimum and talk down to you if you question him on it. This would be a one-star review, but the other staff member on the print desk, Candace, was super lovely and very helpful. She deserves 5 stars on her own.

The Staff at this store make this The Best Office Works I've every been in! Truly AMAZING thoughtful & caring ladies! Oh the guys we pretty good too! But the one lady that helped me beginning of last week went above & beyond with her assistance & help, etc. I cried the whole way home from her generosity & pure kindness. X

Was served by an extremely knowledgable young man with black curely hair. Honestly, I was blushing the whole time cause this guy was very handsome.

There isn't enough parking. That I can live with, but the parking attendant is a liability. He has no clue what he's doing and will more likely be the cause of an accident before he prevents one.

My apologies to Officeworks if the bald, red man in the high-vis was not hired to direct parking lot traffic, but that is what he decided to do today. On the off chance that he reads this, I suggest you consider a new career path.

I went to Officeworks Aspley today Sunday 13/11/22 and was served by Ali at the printing desk, not only did she get my task done which was a very tedious and long one, she got it done with excellent customer service! The fact that she was the only one attending the printing desk while serving every other customer but still managed to get my job done was very appreciated and impressive too. I always enjoy going to that store regardless but today Ali was truly appreciated!

I will always recommend Officeworks Aspley to everyone!

P.s Ali needs a raise.

A lot of younger staff members who don't seem to care at all. Honestly, if you don't want to work there find another job.

Good service and helpful staff but the price for printing seems a bit expensive. Paying $75 for 50 A4 sheets with double sided colour is a stretch.

I had trouble with a warranty and Ken helped me by taking me through all the steps. I Really appreciate all the help thank you

The passport photos they take here are not compliant and will get rejected when you go to hand them in to the post office. The other person in line with me at the post office said she got hers done here as well and they were both not acceptable. They shouldn’t advertise a product if it isn’t usable for its intended purpose. Also the carpark here is a nightmare.

Poor customer service skills, zero empathy, it's like talking to a robot that's incapable of thinking outside it's default settings. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Why are mask no mandatory in this place. Too many people without mask risking the health of others, including children

Went in today to do something as simple as printing at the self serve machines. 10 pages in the machine stopped printing but no error. Attempted to seek assistance but ended up waiting 10-15mins in a relatively quiet store to get any assistance. Ended up getting a refund and leaving as no technical solution was offered.
