Very poor customer service. Purchased a printer that did not do the job as informed at time of purchase. Despite asking to speak to someone to resolve the issue they have ignored all requests for a refund or exchange and have left a small business with a printer that we cannot use and they will not allow us to return even though it is under warranty. Highly recommend to stay away. Very disappointing customer service, will never go back or recommend based on my experience.

Great service by all staff members there, shout-out to Jamie for helping me find what was needed. They didn't have it in stock and in less than 24 hours they had ordered it in for me, ready for collection.

For the girl who loves pens, I walked into Pencraft, WOW I was surprised so many pens, what will this girl do. Well the obvious, I bought pens (lots of pens), pencils, paper and the list goes on. The staff where helpful and nothing was too much trouble, the service was fantastic and the range of stationary is huge. Best of all it is an Australian owned business. I highly recommend them, if you are in the Fortitude Valley, drop in and have a look, but I do believe they deliver as well. Joy
