Off Ya Tree

I had my ears pierced today by April. I had a double helix done to both ears. April was so lovely and sweet. She was very professional and I was very happy with the service. April was also running the shop alone as it was a Sunday. She did very well to run the shop and manage the piercings on the side all by herself. Great job April and thank you.

Got my snakebites done here on sunday.piercer used too short bars so they embedded on day two and i had to pay $45 to replace their mistake.one of the new balls fell off on the bus and is lost because the piercer didn't secure them properly.for both piercing and sizing up i had to wait well over half an hour.i am fuming.

Awesome place for piercings, I have had all mine done here and everytime was a great experience. I love when they have their $6 piercing special on, bargain! The staff are lovely and experienced

Best place for piercings! Luna was fantastic with my daughter. Made her feel at ease. They also have a great selection of other products in store. All the staff are so helpful too.

I have been going to Off Ya Tree Browns plains for years and I haven’t been able to go in awhile to get piercings as I had my little one, and I finally got the courage to go today and I had the best piercing session in a very long time. I normally see Stevie and Tayla, but they are down in surfers Paradise so the girls who I saw today, they were absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend enough their positivity and just how welcoming, how loved, valued and appreciated I felt as a customer and as a client for piercings. I actually enjoyed my experience even though the piercings are a little bit painful but 10 out of 10. I highly Recommend sending anyone to these girls to get pierced. I normally get really anxious about People piercing my body as I have had a few bad encounters over the last few years but these girls know what they’re doing they’ve been piercing for over 10 years and I would 10 out of 10. Recommend them to anyone. Don’t let the appearance of the shop intimidate or fool you. Best place I’ve ever been to for piercings and will go back forever til my heart’s content

With the $6 (or any) piercings make sure you book in first. The piercer was great. He was very professional and clean.

I was served on the phone as well as being pierced by Chelsea. I found her to be a true professional and completed the tasks efficiently and i would recommend you ask for her.

I'm a bit conflicted by this store. I've had good and bad interactions. About a week ago I went in and met the most lovely staff member who was able to put my mind at ease about piercings. She told me that she'd love for me to make Off Ya Tree my one stop piercing shop.

I went back a few days later and was met by a different staff member. She was sullen and unhelpful. I tried asking questions but she kept replying in a low interest voice.

So I suppose this store is hit and miss depending on who serves you.

Lovely staff, very friendly and answered all my questions on piercings I'm looking at in the future as well as the nose piercing I had done today. I am a 60 year old female and they answered my questions as far as my medications and the piercing I had done today as well as making sure I was ok after the piercing. I have several piercings but I would have to say that for me, the nose piercing hurt the most. I think they have awoken the urge to get more piercings done. I will always recommend Off Ya Tree Browns Plains for all my piercing needs. All staff are brilliant at answering any piercing questions with confidence and ease. 10/10 recommend!

Got my second ear piercings and septum done here today. Served by 2 people between shopping and piercing, both were awesome. Their personalities get them one star. One was a blue haired lady, the other a redhead guy. What bugs me is the septum jewelry is so small you can't see it. And apparently they couldn't have swapped it right then and there, I have to wait for it to be healed? I asked both the guy and the lady and both of them seemed to brush past that piece of conversation. I went along with it because they were nice but.if I have to wait to show off a piercing, I feel like I should be able to wait that amount of time to pay for it too.

The Mount Ommaney location managed to fix it, and from the sounds of it, they have to fix this locations issues often.

Chelsy did 2 of my nose piercings today and she was fantastic, her customer service and piercing quality exceeds a star rating.thank you.

Got my nose done here, eazy and breezy, two lovely helpful lady’s, prices can’t be beaten I recommend this place for piercings any day big thumbs up for me

Went there 19/08/22 around 2pm didn't get acknowledged at all when I entered the store. I then waited at the counter for at least 5 mins, the lady behind the counter stood there with her back to me talking to her friend, she had turned around multiple times and saw me and just kept chatting to her friend after being in the shop for 15mins ended up leaving as she wouldn't stop her conversation.very disappointed as I drove 40mins to come to this shop just to be treated as if I wasn't allowed to shop there.don't go it's not worth your time

Went in store yesterday (19/8) at around 3pm and the staff member working totally ignored us.we stood at the counter for 10min waiting to be served while she stood having a chat with a friend. Didn't acknowledge us once not even to say she'd be with us in a minute.nothing.so rude and unprofessional.

The only nice thing I have to say about this store is that I’m glad they sent me to there mt ommaney store for something I was after, because of my experience at the Mt ommaney store you’ve gained a long term customer this store and the people in it need some work, Luna bad Chelsea are lovely but the vending machine with legs needs to work on how he interacts with people

Got a septum piercing done by an amazing employee Luna. Was very polite and friendly made sure I was comfortable with everything she had amazing customer service towards me and everyone around her she just put off an amazing vibe. Can see she really enjoys her job she just put in so much effort to make sure I felt comfortable.

The worst service iv ever gotten rude unprofessional and will never be returning to off your tree after a 45 minute drive all the way there for my appointment and was 5 minutes late they said they weren’t doing it the worst experience from a piercing parlour if you want a real piercing Just go to cosmetic plus way better and can actually do the job?

Absolutely adore the piercing I got done by Luna. She pierced my Medusa and I couldn't be more happy with the result. Great customer service, made sure placement was exactly how I wanted it and made sure to go over all after-care with me. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's after a TOP QUALITY done piercing!
