Caylee and steph are the best piercers on the gold coast i wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Shiane and Ash are the best counter staff and they know what they’re doing i totally reccomend.

Went in today to get a bar changed, my previous bar from another place was too small and was digging in, giving me so much pain.
As soon I walked in I was welcomed by the nicest guy (blonde hair, was wearing overalls) he was super helpful and then passed me on the the piercer, brunette girl super friendly (I wish I knew both their names!) Got it sorted in a second. The overall experience was great and I like to point these things out because it's very rare these days. I'll definitely go get my next piercing there!

I saw Stef today and she was absolutely amazing! Not only is she talented with her piercings but she is very patient and gentle. I was super stressed and overwhelmed going in but she was super helpful and never rushed me even when it was busy! I’ll definitely get my next piercings done by her she’s awesome!

I'm not impressed.sepia crooked had 2 go back and have it redone what a joke I thought this girl knew what she was doing.

Had the pleasure of getting a cartilage piercing with the red-haired manager. She was professional, engaged in conversation, and offered proper advice and aftercare tips. Piercing studio was clean and sanitised. 100% perfect service.

The customer service of the 2 girls at this store was so amazing. The girl with brown hair at the front was so lovely, and Steph was just awesome doing my piercing. She was so genuine, kind and really took her time. Both girls were so so friendly, couldn’t fault a thing️

I love the staff who work here, all very friendly and easy to get along with. Had my septum and ears done here and they are great: D

Great little shop *FANTASTIC* service.
They have an awesome range of body jewellery and after care, hair colour, cute niche clothing and accessories even items for your furry friends.
I went in to buy something I knew nothing about and Ashley was amazing. He was patient, sweet funny and very informative he answer all of my questions without making me feel silly and was just wonderful.

Caylee is amazing so gentle, she has done so many of my peircings and have had no problems with them at all. Sweet and makes u feel totally at ease with process. Highly reccomend Caylee.

I went in this morning with my friend to get a nipple piercing, and I cannot stress enough how wonderful the experience was. Steph (the piercer) and Kat (front counter) were absolutely lovely, wasting no time to make my friend and I comfortable in their store. Steph did a phenomenal job with the piercing (everything was does seemlessly and with great care), I will definitely be going back for more in the future. If anyone is looking at getting a piercing done or enjoy alternative fashion, then I implore you to seek out Off Ya Tree (Coolangatta), you will not be disappointed.

Cat and Steph made me feel so immediately welcomed and comfortable. When you trust someone to put a needle through your face, the qualities that these two women have are just what you would expect and more! So incredibly happy with the service and they helped me overcome previous trauma with piercings

Work was done by Scott. The work I have done from him is okay, but his attitude was not it. He had a go at me for one of the placements I wanted my tattoo due to it not being the way he wanted it. He didn’t have a conversation with me and when he did, I felt attacked. Wish I had a more positive experience. Will not be coming back

I can't fault one thing. I was nervous to go and get some piercings done but their customer service was 10 out of 10 and I can highly recommend their quality of piercings, products and procedure. If you want someone to pierce your ears I would go to Brandon, could barely feel a thing and as I was told Jess at Mermaid Waters really is the septum queen, both piercings were perfect (lobe and septum), I am 100% happy with my experience and reccomend that anyone who wants a piercing done go to Off Ya Tree.

I got my nipples pierced from here a few months ago and I was extremely nervous. The girls there were so lovely and they are always so helpful! The jewellery has given me no reactions. Off ya tree is one of the only places I trust to get pierced. Just wish the jewellery was a bit nicer and I would be here all the time! Can’t stress enough how friendly the staff are here. If I knew their names I would write them in this review. But the two ladies that helped me were both blonde:)
