Good work love the tatt loads of comments but.i was grosly over charged i shouldve got 2 tattoos for the amount i was billed i was quoted 4-450$ but was billed nearly double that amount plus i wasnt allowed to pick the picture tbe artist pushed the one i got.but i said yes.so
For that reason i will find a different artist im a pensioner and that cost me my whole pay for the fort night

I went here today for just a basic lobe piercong and i had Enoch do mine, it was an amazing and very professional experience with the piercings being done very fast and with less pain then i ever Remember! So thank you! Definitely will return ^v^

Cali tobacconist scammed me with a missing banger um before he bubble wrapped it. Everybody come here the artists are super chill and gifted too.

$250 for a 2 words 6cm tattoo that took 10 mins to make by the Italian tattoo artist.
For the same price I had another tattoo in a different studio which was coloured and took 2 hrs to make. Felt completely ripped off.

The staff are friendly but overpriced, $100 for the smallest tattoo, not to bring into account the visible health and safety hazards… lights hung up with electrical wires alone, other electrical wires cable tied too metal sharp edges, vary dangerous and multiple health and safety issues. How this shop is currently open is well beyond me
Not to mention my partner came for a piercing, that came to a crashing halt when a guy came in with an immensely infected ear from his 3 day old piercing…. Which was abit concerning and more understandable why it’s “$6 madness piercings”

I love going to Off Ya Tree. They always have clothes that I love and great deals on piercings. Am hoping to get my first tattoo from there. Staff are always friendly, easy to approach and willing to help

I was pierced at the Queen Street Mall Off Ya Tree on several occasions by a lovely lady named Laura. I was astounded by her professionalism, skill, efficiency and bubbly personality. She clearly takes a huge amount of care and pride in her work, and it shows! I love her work, and I also appreciate the open line of communication she kept with me, explaining everything as we went a long. I have had 18 of my piercings done at various Off Ya Tree’s and have always had wonderful experiences, but Laura truly took the cake. She pierced me so efficiently and virtually painlessly. If you want a true professional with over 20 years of experience, go see Laura!

Came in to get a matching tattoo with my friend on Tuesday - Artist didn’t like that i had used numbing cream which is fine but it wasn’t stated on their website that I couldn’t use it - he didn’t refuse to tattoo me and i didn’t try to fight him on it or anything. Overall the tattooing part was fine - felt like a tattoo - it came out pretty cute but there are some wobbly lines - I’m not a perfectionist so that’s okay. I know it wasn’t the cream i used because my friend also had wobbly lines and didn't use any numbing so maybe it was rushed. When i asked him for aftercare, he just told me to “do what i normally do” so i told him I’ve used bepanthen in the past, recommended by other tattoo artist. He said he didn't think bepanthen was good for tattoo healing so i asked him what i should use and he told me to just use the bepanthen. I feel it is a bit negligent to not give your clients detailed aftercare instructions and to just say “just do what you normally do” especially if he doesn’t agree with what i normally do. It’s not as if I’m tatted up - i have one large tattoo i got in 2021 and two small ones i got in 2019 and 2021. I dunno if he was just annoyed at me that i had used numbing cream but you do have a duty of care to your clients to either refuse service or at least give proper aftercare. I wouldn’t go back to this artist for a tattoo and would avoid this location as it seems they may not really give much of a damn - just want to get you in and get you out as fast as possible.

I got my nose pierced here about 2 months ago. From the very start I had issues with the piercing, but at the time thought it seemed normal. My nose piercing was infected, TWO courses of antibiotics did not treat the infection. My GP advised it is very likely the piercing and/or equipment was not sterile enough, piercing had to be removed. Pretty disappointed. I should have read all the other poor reviews before coming here. Would recommend staying clear of this place, at least for piercings.

Got my conch pierced on Tuesday. The piercer was really genuinely lovely, and the piercing is perfect.

Sells products that are superglued together knowing full well what customers will atempt to use the product for.

No warning, no apologies.

Product was damaged due to trying to un-fasten without knowledge that it was glued.

Waste of $57.

Waste of my time driving into the city for this store and paying for parking.

Do the right thing and let your customers know the right information about the products you sell.

Appealing T-shirts, cushions, other cool just kinda different. But it’s definitely a no go for piercings, Staff just don’t know enough or have enough trainings any time I’ve let them near my piercings for change overs it’s been more painful then it needed to be and I regretted not doing it myself. But it’s a nice store

The girl with green and black hair did me and my friends second ear piercings, we both loved her so much, so so SO FUNNY. Will definitely be back.

I forgot to get the guys name but he tattooed me today (20-8-22) and did an awesome job. It look way less time than I expected and the lines and shading are very well done. Thanks man for making that a good experience rather than just a painful one haha.

Bianca is an exceptional piercing artist, literally the best in the establishment, they saved my dog from a house fire once, not only that but I’ve also witnessed them help 7 old ladies cross a road one at a time
Their piercings are always absolutely spot on, just like the time they took down a thug robbing an elderly man by throwing a nearby rock at them.
I’d let them pierce anywhere on my body, maybe not anywhere, but most places.
If there was a duel at high noon, they’d be the fasted jewellery slinger in the west.
They also have nice hair.

Horrible service, told me I didn’t have the “stomach” for a belly piercing and how it would reject and then continued to shame my stomach and belly button? And had given me and my friend dirty looks the entire time: (made us very uncomfortable and made me self conscious about myself for obvious reasons. This isn’t the first time this company / store has made me uncomfortable about piercings and given me dirty looks. Went to another piecer and they said my stomach was fine and they were just being rude:)

I went in here to get my earlobes pierced again, and I accidentally left with a tattoo.
The staff were very friendly and professional - both the lady at the counter, and the lady that did my piercing. It was not rushed
My tattoo looks awesome, he was very personable and friendly to chat to. Was a clean and tidy studio and I felt comfortable the whole time.
