Can’t speak for the business but he was tailgating us for quite some time on a single lane highway. Doing the speed limit with cars in front is us, he was not being safe and when he got the chance, he over took and then started tailgating the next person. Will never use your business due do this. People like you cause serious accidents! Very unsafe!

Couldn't find a better place to take both my cars to get fitted out the boys at rothwell do a fantastic job fit me in at the drop of a hat with my new DMAX the service there is absolutely perfect!

The job was very well done. Any small issues we had were fixed immediately. Vehicle was left clean and tidy. Our booking was on time and completed when promised. Would recommend to all.

Absolutely worth every star possible. This family owned business goes above and beyond for their clients, I know this first hand as I was a client in need.
I was given the wrong paint code for my front bar for my new 300 series, which I had then passed on to “off road central” it was partly installed before it was noticed, this stuff up was from no fault of “off road central”, but yet they went to extreame levels to look after me as a customer. They didn’t turn their backs on me, they made the process as smooth and quick as possible while the problem was rectified.
I can’t speak any highly of this team, the owner and Paul are the most helpful men I’ve met in a very long time. Anything you need, please hit up this amazing team of men and women, you won’t be disappointed.

I would highly recommend these guys Paul gave us excellent customer service we ordered a Hamer sports bar and Hamer bash plate excellent quality all there products are excellent quality this place is very helpful friendly great atmosphere Paul also took the time to show us around the shop and we are now purchasing the Hamer king series bull bar and the red recovery shackles after that is installed we will be making more purchases I give this company 5 stars for going above and beyond I will not go anywhere else these guys are one in a million

Paul at Off Road Central knows products very well, asked his at advice about the dual battery system. He gave an genuine recommendation without pushing for the sales.

Off road central problems
Straight away after the fitout, the front and rear parking sensors began beeping randomly due to the installation of the Piak bull bar and Piak rear protection bar. A couple of months after the installation of the bull bar, the windscreen fluid reservoir began leaking and was found to be because of the repositioning of the reservoir by off road central for the bull bar. Off Road Central did fix the reservoir. Almost a year since the installation, the tracks that were installed on the canopy began leaking into the tub when it rained. The canopy is not lined up with the tub properly so when I open the tub it scrapes on the canopy causing the paint to scratch on the corner, this has led to rusting on that scratched corner.

I don’t think it is the products that have caused these issues, it looks like poor workmanship on Off Road Central’s behalf. However, Off Road Central eventually fixed all of the problems. It was a very long process.

Great service. Paul was really helpful and easy to get on with. He answered all my questions and gave me info on future products.

Couldn't be happier with the service, I can be annoying with questions when making a big purchase but Paul from offroad central was professional throughout my purchase and after. Will be making all my purchases through offroad central from now on.

I can recommend this business with their proffessional approach to the customer and customer service and meeting to complete order with modicifiaction on time and value for money and everything is transpartent and no hidden cost, to even advise of the right product for the 4x4.i was given excellent customer service from Colin and yes i brought alot of modification and could pay off weekly and on zip, each time i left the business i left very happy.i will be going back and be a repeat customer

Does not have stock. Does not confirm with customers, very rude attitude when picking up.
No customer service at all.
Un reliable, unfriendly.
And before you say i have not ordered through, its under my partners name. Online website free shipping then they try charge you once you put the order through.
No communication. Alot of misdirection.

After visiting a number of 4 wheel drive accessory stores looking for a bulbar, winch and suspension upgrades we visited Off Road Central. They had a range of different manufacturers on display and Paul was able to provide good advice on different options to suit our 2021 Dmax. The communication was great, they fitted the accessories neatly and professionally and went through all the products when we picked up the vehicle. Would not hesitate to recommend this store and even though we live on the southside of Brisbane we will be driving back to Off Road Central for any future purchases.

Cannot thank Paul and the team at Off Road Central enough for the excellent service and work they have done on my Pajero Sport! Paul was amazingly helpful, took the time to explain everything to my novice self, and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. Super happy with the quality of work that has been completed (bullbar, towbar, suspension, UHF and spotties), my vehicle looks fantastic! Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
