Poor customer service when I purchased my spa 12 months ago and no customer service today when I went into the store to make a purchase. Nice to see they are consistent

Mark was very helpful and answered all of our questions, he made it very easy. Gave good advice and they also have spas in stock, so within 20min we'd bought the one we wanted. Highly recommended.

We bought our spa from Spa Choice Sunshine coast. David was our salesman and was extremely helpful. Our house was one year away from being built and it was no problem for David to work out a solution for us in purchasing a spa. This was also at a time when Covid hit. The spa is now installed and is working fine. Any problems that we have encountered is no problem for them and is answered promptly. Thanks again for organising all the delivery and installation. We made an excellent choice.

TERRIBLE!
Extremely disappointed with service at Waranna Branch, Qld. We ordered a spa in a March and were advised it was 4-6weeks delivery. After chasing David for a date after 2mths we were advised by email (not even a call) that it was more likely mid August. 5 months. We would not have purchased from Spa Choice if we had known this.
Customers need to be informed upfront and given real dates not fictitious ones just so you can get them to place an order. Really appalled that we have been mislead by this company. We are cancelling our order. Would not deal with this company again.

We had fun testing the spas at the showroom. Dave was friendly and helpful and spent a lot of time explaining the choices. Craig and Karen came to our house and showed us how to maintain and use our spa. Overall very happy with the service.

Finally getting around to rate SpaChoice. We love, love our spa. We purchased the Pacific Hydro and are super happy with the powerful jets and seating layout. Dave and the team at SpaChoice from the first time we walked into the showroom have always been very friendly and helpful. No pressure, just advice. Bring your togs, and try out a spa, you may end up spending the afternoon there! A genuinely honest company, whose products speak for themselves!

The Service of this Company is outstanding, with our Spa held up on a slow boat from China, the Regional Manager provided a loan spa for a few weeks until ours arrived. Great Customer Service and the Spa is awesome.

We had a issue with our spa purchased 18 months ago, notified the wonderful staff and a new spa was ordered without any carry on or drama. Service is 100% the bomb.
