Oasis Spa and Beta Wellness Springwood have a great range of Spas and Swim Spas. Darren is very knowledgeable and offers great customer service. Jack the delivery guy was very helpful. Highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a Spa.

Had our spa from Oasis Spa Springwood for about a month now and really enjoying it. It has become part of our daily routine. Darren the store manager was very informative and was able to answer all our questions. He was able to store our spa whilst we prepared the site for its arrival. The recommended delivery boys were fantastic and went out of their way to arrange the spa exactly where we wanted it.
Would recommend them to anyone looking for a spa.

We purchased our first spa late last year. Michelle was really friendly and helpful and knew her stuff. We felt at ease and were provided the best service in terms of explaining the different spas, features, maintenance etc. We have since gone back in for assistance with chemicals and advice on cleaning and Darren helped us understand what we needed and how to use it. They speak to you in simple terms and always friendly and helpful. The back up support they provide is awesome and we will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone. Spent quite a lot of time looking and sitting in spas with a very patient Michelle. With her years of experience and kindness whilst i was making a very big decision Iam now nearly 12mths an owner of a spa which I use For my arthritis and fibromyalgia every day. In addition with being delighted with the spa the team at Beta Wellness could not have made the experience of planning and installing a spa any easier or more pleasant. We ordered a swim spa through Darren and at the time none of us were aware our timeframe for delivery was going to blow out due to Covid.
A big thank you to Darren for keeping us in the loop (as best he could) in regards to timeframes and then working with us after the swim spa arrived due to being in the middle of moving house!

We purchased our beautiful Spa just over 12 months ago and can highly recommend the staff, especially Darren F at Spa Oasis. Our spa is used regularly and we didn't realise how we got on without it, an awesome purchase well worth the money.
Living on a rural property outside Toowoomba and as our water is from rainwater, we can't just empty and refill liberally so maintaining water quality is paramount. A couple of issues with the water going cloudy and Darren has always been able to help us rectify the issue and return to crystal clear water. I am really appreciative of the after sales service and support over the last 12 months, we love being able to pick up the phone and know we will get excellent technical advice.
In support of Oasis Spas and the great team we order our shemicals over the phone and drive down to Springwood yearly to pick it up and catch up face to face with the team especially Darren.

From the first day entering Spa Choice Springwood showroom Darren Fletcher was professional and his customer service was commendable. I have rung Darren over the past months quite a few times for updates on my order and although the current times bring delays and uncertainty he always did his best to help in any way.
