Oasis Dental - Broadbeach

I like to share my experience with Oasis Dental Broadbeach. I attended my appointment yesterday nervously as I have never enjoyed attending the dentist however Dr Arjun and Jade his assistant were both caring to my needs a throughly professional I can’t speak highly enough of them both. Tahlia in reception was a delight to deal with and I’ve booked a follow up appointment in January.

People once physically recoiled when I opened my mouth and spoke. I was unable to eat food. Now I am a God. Dr Andrew, Bianca, Fabio & Nayara have changed my life. I am a new person. I love them. <3

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed with Dr Will and the whole team was amazing! Such lovely service and a speedy recovery - definitely recommended

Called up Oasis dental clinic to get a clean out of my wisdom tooth that had become infected.
The receptionist made no effort to book me in and also no advice on what to do from that point, wouldn’t book me in for a clean out as she “had to book me in for a appointment long enough just in case I had to get an emergency removal”. The pain was unbearable so booked in with another dental clinic the following day.
Got the clean out at another dental clinic, then decided to go back to Oasis as this was my regular dentist.
Went in and talk to the reception, they were really strong on pushing for removal of all wisdom teeth. Time was of the essence and if I didn’t get it done ASAP I would get another infection and go through all that pain again.

Got booked in for a
consultation with a dentist. Just thinking it would be booked in with my regular dentist.
For some reason they booked me in with a different dentist and after the appointment I brought this up with head of reception and she didn’t give me a real answer why, just started telling me how good and gentle the new dentist is (for the extraction). When paying the deposit I say “I’m really not sure about this I’m probably gonna loose my deposit” to which she responded with “you wouldn’t do that to us would you” (at this point I was so anxious and I was vulnerable solely relying on there advice)

Really wanted to get a clean out which they seemed to think was “Unnecessary”
Especially I wanted to see the dentist I had been seeing previously. Which to this day I have no idea why I couldn’t because I know he still worked at clinic.

PRE SURGERY
-wouldn’t book me in for a clean and made no effort initially to deal with the initial infection.
-pushed for extraction of all four wisdom teeth
-Changed from my regular dentist
-was lead to believe that I had a chronic infection
-This clinic were pushing for extracting from the second they heard infection
-12 + years of having all four wisdom teeth and using them to chew ect to have all four ripped out at age 30 because of a one off infection on that side
-Dentist reassured me there would absolutely be no facial changes.
I believe this to be untrue.
My face definitely thinned post surgery followed by sinking check bone and jew muscle definitely less prominent.
-was told by dentist one of my wisdom teeth was half covered by gum, but I believe this was because of the swelling from the infection.
-dental implants where never mentioned as an option. (To avoid facial changes)

Anyway got the removal. Removal went well. And the dentist was always polite.

POST SURGERY
-The worst headache of my life where the pain would build up to unbearable and then subside repeatedly in the days following surgery.
-Very slow recovery.
Left wondering was getting all four at one time necessary.
-Chipped tooth post that had to be fixed at another dentist. (Can’t be sure when this happened post)
-Itching throut for months after, actually went back in to ask about this what could be going on and the dentist said something might be going on but he didn’t want to tell me what and said they would send an email to my doctor, but when I went in to the doctors she hadn’t got any email.
-Was not warned about how long and painful recovery could be.

A lot of trauma caused by this experience. Only now a year and a half later have the confidence to finally have my say.

Wonderful experience! I couldn’t be happier with the invisalign treatment at Oasis Dental Studio. Dr Hannah was absolutely amazing from start to finish, and the final results exceeded all my expectations. All staff were so kind, helpful and caring throughout the process. I couldnot recommend them enough. Thank you so much!

Dr. Van, his assistant Sharna and Kim at reception were all friendly, welcoming and extremely professional.
Highly recommend their standard of work, a most comfortable atmosphere.
I actually look forward to visiting this Dentist!

Dentist, Dr. David Hanna and Dental Assistant Tech, Ana are wonderful when it comes to my apt. I am odontophobic and the thought to even book will give me extreme anxiety let alone attending. Having these two attending to me allows me the capacity to re-book and also to turn up. My third appointment now is unheard of. Thank you for amazing service and now healthy teeth.

After being referred to Dr Michelle Tran 2 years ago I’ve never doubted her ability to provide exactly what I’ve asked for in the way of results and customer service. She is incredibly attentive and reassuring, answering all my questions and making sure I know what I’m getting before going ahead. Her Assistant Asami is very helpful and friendly. Thank you to Kym at Reception and the whole Team for ensuring I’m a happy customer. My teeth look amazing and I highly recommend!

I had my first appointment at OASIS this morning and it went incredibly well. Everyone was super hospitable (even from my first phone call with Courtney). Being super anxious from a traumatic extraction many moons ago, I generally crumble in the dentist chair however Alfonso and Dr Niall made me feel right at ease with their calming and caring nature. Alfonso's bright and bubbly personality complemented his already outstanding customer service. I am super grateful for Dr Niall's honest and "down-to-earth" informative consult and recommendations, as I've previously felt pushed into getting things fixed 'here and now' in the past at a former practice.
My little giggle with Kim at the front desk post consultation (regarding the mini chalkboard) had me leaving with a smile and a spring in my step and I'm not so anxious now regarding my upcoming clean. Great vibe and awesome culture:)

Dr. Michelle and her assistant Asami completely changed my feeling about dental appointments. I ‘ m always looking forward to see them. I had an awesome experience with Dr Will! I had all 4 wisdom teeth out in the chair and was in and out within 45 minutes. The procedure went so smoothly and I felt so cared for and looked after during the whole process. Dr Will was very calming and reassuring as I was a bit nervous going in. I highly recommend seeing Dr Will at Oasis for any type of procedure that you need done:)

Dr Van, Sharna and Kym have been amazing these last 12 months whilst I received my Invisalign treatment. I can not speak highly enough of Oasis dental and would recommend anyone to go see them for any of their dental concerns.

I’ve recently finished my Invisalign treatment and some restorative work at Oasis Dental in Broadbeach, with Dr Hannah. My case was complicated having undergone some previous orthodontic work, along with a few cracked teeth, so this was the end of a long smile journey for me. I can’t put into words how happy I am with the results, Hannah has completely transformed my smile. I’ve gone from constantly covering my mouth for years due to being unhappy with my teeth, to being super confident with my smile. Hannah was a perfectionist with my treatment and involved me throughout every step of the process, individualising my treatment plan and helping me to achieve the smile that i’ve always wanted and that was realistically achievable for me. The end result being even better than I’d hoped for. The entire team at Oasis Dental have been so kind and accommodating, an amazing team, I can’t thank them all enough!

Incredible team to work with down at Oasis Dental. Went through the Invisalign process with them and the whole thing was smooth from start to finish. Very happy with results!
