I got a pair of customised sunglasses in-store. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process.

There are far too many choices for sunglasses now (especially in the Oakley brand) which made picking a pair difficult. I still wear a pair of prizm's from years ago (I look after them) and I really enjoy them, but I wanted something for the outdoors (especially road and trail running). Based on what I already wear and what I wanted, the staff directed me to a pair that had identical frames (for comfort and familiarity) and pointed out a few different frames (which are interchangeable with different lenses). I settle on what I thought was best based on what I would do the most of (road running), and after wearing them a few times, it was the right choice. Staff are very knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again when needed.

Very disappointed, very cool faced staff, don't have knowledge on Oakley product! Much less choices then outlet store, traveled 32km as I want to buy prescription glasses, total waste of time!

Sean was vey patient and helpful, It was no hassle for him to walk us out side an test the glasses in the open, And compare the different lense options.

I lost an arm from an older design of sunnies that I had brought just before covid hit. I went in today as they have finally reopened and they went and found a broken pair of the same as mine and they let me take the arm free of charge.
They didn't have to offer this but I'm very greatful they did.
