We just went into the store & had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Darcy at the Pacific Fair Oakley store - WOW! An absolute asset to the company, cannot believe the insanely good level of service & advice. Keep it up Darcy, what a legend!

I attended the Oakley store at Pacific Fair with an aged pair of sports glasses hoping for a replacement lens pair to fix my tint peeling issue. The store person served me in an efficient and friendly manner and did not hesitate to exhaust all avenues to resolve my issue. I left with my old frame and a new pair of lens at a reduced price with 2 years of warranty. Fantastic outcome. Thank you Oakley staff.

Great attentive staff who helped me choose the perfect gift for my husband during the busy black friday sales.

Simply impeccable service! Went in to ask about the repair or replacement of a pair of expensive glasses purchased 15 months earlier in Sydney. Staff member looked at my glasses, agreed that it was a product fault. She looked up my details in their system and then replaced it on the spot. The staff member was friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Could not be happier with my experience and n this store. Well done!

I personally love Oakley gear and have since the 80s.
Usually a great store for me and ususally get tee shirts in a bargin deal.
I love Oakleys sun glasses, for me at this point, i wouldn't wear any other brand.
This particular store however, was a little dissapointing for me.
It didn't seem to have a lot of choice (clothing wise), where as other stores such as Cavill Ave. Surfers Paradise or Westfields Carindale, has a much larger selection of items.
Definately recommend visiting and checking out Oakleys awesome gear.

Fantastic service, the young woman was knowledgeable, patient and fun. I purchased a new pair of golf specific glasses and will return to get lenses upgraded in my old pair now I've found a store that cares and made me feel like a VIP. Thank you Pacific Fair.

The staff member had excellent customer service communication ability. Looked really interested in selling the customer a pair of sunglasses.
