Great Customer Service - after making an inquiry with Nuway Solar regards the HandE-1000 portable power station I was promptly called back by John who took the time to make sure that the product was suitable for my planned use. After ordering John called to confirm if I needed an additional accessory cable for a solar panel connection - which I did, and the unit arrived in Cairns a few days later. Great service, and so far the HandE-1000 is performing perfectly as expected.
