Great work team, from phone call to check stock, to service over the counter, & getting my trailer filled it was excellent, also advised they have a courtesy trailer if available

We needed to buy pebbles. The staff were happy and helpful. We got what we needed and were on out way.

Amazing service and great prices. The (skinny leg guy with glasses) was amazing to deal with. BEST RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO BURY A DEAD BODY AND WHICH SHOVEL TO USE LOL. On a serious note, will definately be going back for more landscape supplies.

100% for customer service and value for money. I'm not a gardener! And in the last 6months we have been renovating and landscaping. From the very first order over the phone, they were so patient with me. I had to resend a few measurements and emailed back and fornth (I'm sure it was frustrating) but I was given nothing but, respect. We have returned again for top up supplies and it was an even better experience! Thank you!

Rang them and asked what time they closed to pick up material. Told them I was on my way and they closed earlier than they advised and advertised

Been getting our landscaping supplies from here for past 18months (over 30 trailer loads) but in the past few months, quantities have been dropping and prices have risen. What was a 1/3m initially is now more like a 1/4.

Mentioned it to staff on my second load one day after the first one was well short and they put a bit extra in that load, but a couple of weeks later, back to small loads.

Will be travelling bit further to other landscapers from now on.

It's a really fantastic store the staff there really looks after you and management is good they help the best they can and when you go there it seems that they known you for ages and everybody says ga day to you makes you feel welcome

3 stars for quick service.no one told me that you are charging $25 extra for delivery on public holiday.i wasn't in rush, paid $25 extra for nothing.seems unprofessional to me.

We have just completed a big landscaping job in our back yard. We sourced all our products - bedding sand, organic soil, road base, crushed sandstone and cypress mulch - from Nuways Logan. The staff were patient when we needed to make some changes and the driver who delivered the loads was accommodating to our rather odd situation. Top class service.

Really impressed with the plant shop, the lady was extremely helpful, plants fresh and great price, would recommend going there.

We had ordered some mulch. Excellent friendly service, very fair delivery cost.
A special thank you to the delivery driver.
We have a very narrow side entrance. He expertly navigated the truck so he could unload the mulch further back which saved us an enormous amount of work.

Ive got supplies from Nuway for several years now. Always had great service but last weekend I was served by a young man who was rude arrogant and condescending, to the point where I had to walk out and go to redback landscaping down the road. Hopefully it was a one off and not a sign of a change in customer service standards

The plant stall at Nuway is FANTASTIC. It's small, but the owners passion and heart is HUGE. Cool range of succulents and Julieanne (owner) is very knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. Felt warmly welcomed, found some great plants and left smiling. Stop in, you won't regret visiting this little hidden gem

10/10 experience with nuway. Everyone is super friendly and helpful including the gentleman who delivered our rocks. Special mention to Greg who spent a long time showing us everything and even running us through how to do things. Being a female duo not once did he treat us like we didn't know anything, he believed we were capable of anything. It was so refreshing. The team are amazing, every single person we came in contact with were incredible.

My husband always goes here for whatever he needs for the garden. Service is fantastic.if he needs anything delivered it is always delivered within an hour. Thank u Nuway.
