I would never go back or use Nuway again, My wife (50+ years old) went there at forestdale and the staff could not be bothered to serve or help and only wanted to sit on there back side. She went to get same gravel and cement and made her lift the 25kg bags herself so they could sit in the office and gasbag not one of the staff offered to lift them for her…. If I could give them a zero star or a minus it would be a -10 star rating

Service is great, Easy to order nothing is to hard and the team understand and help where they can to make everything go as smooth as possible.

Unlike bunnings where you can turn up doe eyed and expect things to appear in your trolley and the products will be "good enough".

There is an expectation that you have a good idea of what you want and what materials are working with, but you will walk away with exactly what you need.

Unfortunately a pre-ordered delivery of pebbles did not turn up on time in the morning of Dec 2021 and Nuway didn't get in touch with me to let me know what was going on. I called Nuway and the driver was sick and subcontracted the job out. Unfortunately later than afternoon when i was not home, the subcontracted truck driver decided to used their 5 tonne truck to run over my pavered garden edging causing the mortar and the pavers to crack and sink in. Furthermore 10% of the pebbles spilled on to the public road. The manager of Nuway came out the next morning to inspect the damage and promised to get someone to fix it up after making excuses the edging wasn't installed properly in the first place. Its now May 2022, i've called Nuway trying to speak to the manager at least 3 times now with no luck. Lesson for others, make sure your home when the truck delivery arrives to supervise otherwise you may get damage to your property from those cowboys.

I am not happy with the turf.i bought the turf from this supplier last week but 20% of turf were so dry, had no soil on the turf and dried out already. I asked deliver driver why is one so dry and he reply I am just the driver.
I am not going there anymore.

Bad service, I brought 10 Sugar Can, I have to move all by myself, I watch 4 man chatting standing over office have air con, really bad service. Good on you.

Regardless of your problem this store can help solve it, including project advice, material selection and supply as well as fantastic friendly service. It's like going to a friends place to catch up for coffee while getting your materials. For the professional large scale landscaper to the average backyard gardening enthusiast don't go to the other landscape suppliers as the best is here at Forestdale

Always helpful if I have any questions. Almost always able to do same day deliveries but I would book a day or two in advance to avoid disappointment as they are a very busy and well run landscaping company.

First impression was good, the yard was very tidy, well laid out. Female staff member made some relevant suggestions and it was nice to have a less blokey environment than some yards I've encountered. Having said that, Nathan, the delivery driver was superb. Load arrived as promised and he patiently and expertly got up the drive with about 3cm clearance either side through the gate. He thoughtfully tweaked my designated landing spot so I had less uphill push with my barrow and was cheery. Delighted with the service from start to finish. I will be a return customer and recommend this business. Product range of mulch was good and I purchased 2 different products in a split load at reasonable prices, but staff are my reason to post.

Very poor customer service, they only care about the money but lack the care to the actual customer. They encourage us to use their delivery service that never came because they themselves missed to place the order and it's quite a large order and never bother to inform us what had happened. Way below average.will never come back to the ou Nuway Forestdale.you deserve a negative 5 star rating

Staff are very rude! When I was at the till, paying for the items I bought, this other male staff suddenly barged in and asked me questions in a very rude way as if I lied to the cashier. I just kept my cool and politely asked the other very rude male staff which I haven’t transacted with to come with me to my vehicle to check the items I bought to clear his suspicions. He declined to come with me to my vehicle and check the items I bought and instead he laughed and made funny faces to the 3rd male staff. I will never come back to this shop again, just beware guys!

We went to buy some forest fines to mulch t hge garden as our regular place closes early. Really surprised that it was so quiet here as the quality was great and very well priced. Service was also very friendly & efficient. Sorry I didn't find this place sooner.
