Double check everything before you pay & leave, gave me the wrong soil for a job resulting in having the collect it all back up rehire machinery and then completely redo the 6 hour job.

Came back to double check & the bloke said I used the wrong terminology nothing they can do.

I asked for soil to top dress a lawn, I was given top soil for a garden bed that was full of sticks & mulch.

Online calculator nailed the perfect amount of topdress soil I needed for my lawn renovation. Great price and product, I will be using them again soon.

We went looking for stones and pavers. The whole time we were there wandering around not one person approached us to see if we needed assistance. Not a very welcoming place at all. They obviously are not in need of new business.

Ordered some drainage gravel and a couple of agi pipes last week. Ordered on Wednesday, it was delivered on the next day. No hassle, easy ordering online. Will definately use them again.

Had a delivery where driver destroyed a brick pillar reversing through our front gate where I have had at least 20 deliveries previously through the same gate and with bigger trucks.

I had no follow up calls from the office to apologize or give me the heads up as to the process to get it repaired, I had to organize quotes as they did not and even when they finally did I just got a text to tell me a brick layer was going to turn up on Monday (no brick matching, no consultation nothing).

My attached fence was not even considered nor the damage to the other piers capping loosened due to the force of the collision with their dodgy back yard quote, my quote included all works and they tried to initially use the cheaper option, never told me if I was covered for insurance.

After a lot of barking trying to convey common sense we finally got our damage repair with our brick layer to an excellent standard no thanks to them other than to say thank god it was over.

Did not even come out to make it safe for the general public as it was adjacent the public foot path, I had to brace it up and placard it until they got there act together.

Poor communicators and god help you if they damage your property, they just fobbed me off and got the driver to do all the follow up which was simply a photo shoot of his handy work.

Will never use this mob again and do not recommend them.

I thought it was going to be a fight to prove the colour I had asked for wasn't what was ordered; but when I rang i was believed and told the pavers ($2000 worth) would be replaced the next day with the correct ones.
