Wanted to buy some of their macadamia nut muesli. They only had small 400gm packets. So I asked if I could purchase a larger amount as they also make 750gm bags. I was told I'd have to buy 2 small packets and pay for 2 small packets at $8.95 each = $17.90 each rather than $13.95 for the larger bag. How hard would it be to help the customer buy what they need rather than try and force them to buy the same amount, not to mention extra unwanted packaging, for a much higher price. Not happy.

A paradise for all "chocolate lovers" ️ ️ There is a selection of locally made chocolate, condiments, alcohol beverages, oils, butter, relishes jams, ice cream, and all sorts of nuts. There is also taste testing and a viewing room available. It is an excellent place to visit and support Australian made products.

The trio macadamias and garlic macadamias are the best! Cannot wait to come back and get more!

I was gifted a packet of their salt & vinegar macadamia nuts and WOW, SO YUMMY! Please stock them in New Zealand! Shipping from Aus is way too expensive

Second time visited the shop today and staffs are very consistent on delivering excellent customer service and very very accommodating. The products are top notch too, we love the chili macadamia and trio macadamia. Keep up the excellent work guys. ️️️

Friendly staff. Good service. The Macadamias are beautiful! Unfortunately when we went over Christmas/newyears the factory was closed so we couldn't see them working but it's still worth a visit

This place is a must-visit when you are in the area. We had a tasting of some of the macadamia nut varieties, and they were all excellent. They make great gifts for those interstate, macadamias are such a treat and these are great value.

Nutworks is opposite The Ginger Factory. The staff there were pleasant and gave us some tasting of different flavours of macadamia nuts. There's different packaging and weight for different flavours of nuts probably depending on their popularity. Further in, there's a chocolate production too with many different flavours as well. Money well spent.

Took a 40 minute drive only for the shop to be shut an hour before closing time. Pretty disappointing considering all websites state 4: 30

Awesome place with lots of yummy varieties to try and you can even see the making process in the factory and get free samples great customer service and experience.

Great little stop with sone really delicious goodies! Kate was wonderful & cheerful plus made an awesome cappuccino! Taste all the nuts, even the ones you think you won’t like as you will be surprised! Worth the stop!

Amazing service here, you are always welcomed in and genuinely looked after. Free tastings, lots of different flavours. Highly recommend Hickory Smoked and there are small jars of different fruits soaked in various alcohols which are yummy and make great gifts. Always worth stopping in to.

A huge selection of flavoured nuts, condiments and snacks. It has a viewing room into the processing plant and a nice little Cafe eatery. Worth dropping in while on the Sunshine Coast.

I never take the time to write reviews but I have to mention how much I enjoyed my visit today! From the staff being so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the products to the viewing room and displays of all the amazing local products, this is definitely something to check out on the sunny coast!

The factory was not running on Saturday afternoon, but the tastings were. There are about 20 flavours of macadamias to try from hickory smoked bacon, wasabi, honey maple, lamington, caramel. The sales staff were excellent.

Very sad not much happening no tastings, no introduction/cuatomer service nothing Just a walk around the shop that's it
