Have always been met with incredible, informative service over the many years I've been here. Great help explaining difference between brands and finding the best value product at the time.

You guys would think you would start 10 mins early to open up. It says 10am open but Unfortunately I’ve came to this place twice and it’s never open on time. Always running late. Well today it’s running 15 mins late:/ not looking good at all

Good range of gym and health products at a reasonable price. Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional in advising on supps and alternatives to meet individual needs without overselling

They gave me the Wrong product. Because of that I got side effects. Also the staff is not cooperative.

Just wanted to save a massive thank-you to the lovely gentleman that served me on Sunday. He was very patient, gracious with his time & information and gave myself and my partner honest feedback on products, which we really appreciated. We were very impressed with his product knowledge and customer service and he even stayed back to help us decide on the right products for us. We will be going out of our way to come see him on a Sunday in the future. Awesome work!

There have been some changes at this place and I don't think it's for the better. I was surprised how unknowledgeable the staff were. They are supposed to be nutritional experts but had no idea what Low FODMAP is. The staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable over the years I've been shopping here, but recently I haven't seen this.

Michael helped us out today. He knew so much about the products and explained how they work in the body biologically which I really appreciated. Very impressed with the service and range.

The guy in there way very very helpful. Explaining how the products worked and what benefits each provided instead of stating 'this is the best' like other stores i have visited. I could then weigh up the options from the large range they have to pick products more tailored to my goals. He also explained other details on how to get the best out of both my diet and training to achieve the result i wanted. Overall my shopping experience was excellent.

Awesome staff, very helpful and informative. Showed me various protein powders and benefits of each and then let me decide what would work best. Great range of vegan protein too!

The guy inside was terrific in helping me find exactly what I needed. I talked him through what I was looking for and he offered me several different supplements and explained thoroughly what they did and how they would work for me. From there he let me decide what I wanted and answered all my of questions very well. Shopping there from now on.
