NumberWorks'nWords Indooroopilly

All three of my children have attended Numberworks'nWords, all three with different learning goals in mind. The atmosphere here is fun and encouraging and even the work is enjoyable. I can testify from experience that whether your child is struggling at school, needing a challenge, or just enjoys learning with their peers, their needs will be successfully met at Numberworks'nWords.

As a veteran school teacher, I have been consistently impressed with the quality of lessons delivered and as a parent I have been very grateful for the kindness and understanding that has been shown to my children. Mark is a breath of fresh air and someone who has been compassionate, humorous and flexible in his dealings with students and parents. I would highly recommend Numberworks'nWords to anyone considering giving it a try. It has really helped, (and is still helping) all of my children.

Logistically, the car trip to and fro is always great 'talking time' for my daughter and I, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is a stone's throw away for a coffee or an errand while the session is running, and there is ample easy parking for drop offs and pick ups.

Mark is such a kind hearted, professional and intelligent man. Number Works' n Words is such a fantastic learning environment where every kid is always treated with attention and care by his/her tutors. I would highly recommend it for all kids of all ages.

My son’s maths ability and his confidence has grown significantly. I never thought I’d hear the day when he would say, I love maths. He now shows interest in maths at home and school. He has put in the effort at tutoring and it is certainly paying off. His school teacher is impressed by his maths knowledge and abilities and has mentioned that the tutoring is definitely helping him. The fees are reasonable and a solid investment for their future. We’ve just recently added English tutoring and are already seeing improvements after such a short time. We are very happy with NumberWorks’nWords at Indooroopilly.

Mark and his wonderful team of tutors are fantastic. My two daughters have flourished in maths with the help of the great team at Number works and words Indooroopilly. I would highly recommend this awesome team to any student that needs help.

Appalled with service, Mark would get kids on his lap when parents were not around. Uncomfortable with his behaviour and I was eager to leave the tutoring. My kids did not get work done and didn't understand half the subjects they were being taught. All my children wanted to come for was the lollies that were handed out for no good reason.

Mark is a professional and kind hearted man. He goes above and beyond to make my children feel important. He has a gift for understanding and knowing what young people need. I highly recommend him and his team for any tutoring needs.

I went to Numberworks'nWords Indooroopilly from the age of 10 in Grade 5 right through to the end of high school. I loved every minute! My hour lesson at Numberworks was one of my favorite things to look forward too. Mark & all my tutors made math fun & enjoyable, and it still is. The tutors there today are great, and the programs are very interactive which is one of the best things about Numberworks.

Numberworks not only significantly improved my math, but also my confidence, which is something I struggled with in school.

I love Numberworks so much, and I was lucky enough that Mark gave me a job as a Math Tutor after I finished school. I was a tutor from 2008 to 2014, all throughout my tertiary studies. I was able to build rapport with a lot of children as I knew what they were experiencing & had done many of the programs before.

In 2012, I began running Numberworks for Mark when he was away. Although, I finished working at Numberworks in 2014, I still come in and work for Mark when he needs me.
I'm so thankful that Numberworks, and Mark, have been part of my life for 18 years and will continue to be.

We've had the pleasure of all three of our children attend NumberWorks'nWords over a period of more than 10years. Great place for tutoring! I started coming to NumberWorks’nWords in grade 9 & continued till the end of grade 12, achieving A’s & A+’s in maths! I now tutor there and absolutely love seeing the kids improving every week & watching as their confidence grows!
