We were devastated to learn that our son was over 12 months behind his class mates and falling further behind each day with his English and reading skills. After meeting wth the team at NumberWorks’nWords, a plan was put forward to catch him up by the end of the year and we were thrilled When he met this challenge. We have continued with his tutoring this year and happy to report he is still improving and is now one of the top students in his class. The tutoring has not only helped his English, there has been an improvement across all his subjects as his confidence and reading has grown. The learning style and teaching methods used are perfect for our son and support his needs in a way that can’t be met in a classroom environment. We will continue to use NumberWorks’nWords to ensure he never falls behind again.

The training my kids receive here truly help them through the school curriculum, which is what i wanted when i came and saw Liz. The team act in a professional manner at all times and are always approachable. NumberWorks Chermside stands out from other centres because the programs emphasis is on the kids learning and not just pumping out home work sheets. If you are thinking about tuition outside of school, call Liz and ask for a evaluation as she has a world of experience!

Liz and her team are wonderful. My son was struggling big time in year 5 then in year 6. After just 1 year he is now a C student which is what all parents want for their kids. If your child is really struggling with school work this is the place. Not only are they learning but having fun doing it and making friends at the same time

Liz and the staff are warm and friendly. If your child is struggling numberworks is the place to go. All the kids like going and they connect with the tutors.

Our children have been attending NumberWorks'nWords for nearly 2 years. The children really enjoy going and it is so beneficial for their confidence and skills. Liz and her team are amazing, they are so switched on and understanding to the needs of the kids. The centre is very flexible with extra lessons and makeup lessons when required. The lines of communication are always open and the energy in the Centre is a great learning environment. I have recommended this Centre to many families and will continue to do so. I can't speak highly enough of Liz and her team. I have recommended a number of families over the years and every single child has enjoyed the experience. The centre has a wonderful positive energy, there are always new riddles to solve while waiting, homework sheets, and resources to cater for every learning preference. Liz uses the National curriculum to develop a program for each individual child. She identifies and works on weaknesses but most importantly she is encouraging and engaging. Liz is extremely flexible if ever you have to change sessions or arrange make up lessons. I have total faith in her skills and abilities. She extends gifted learners and lifts those with learning difficulties. It's always a pleasure to go the Centre. Students gain both skills and confidence. It takes us almost 40mins to get there some days but I'd travel further to work with Liz and her team; can't speak highly enough of her leadership and the Chermside centre.

We couldn't have hoped for a better place for our son. Liz is AMAZING and her staff love what they do. Our son has had fantastic results both in his confidence and what he has learnt. He started in the last term of Grade 1 (2016) and attends Maths and English tutoring. He now loves learning!

I now enjoy supporting our children with their homework tasks as they have more confidence and willingness to learn. There are no more disagreements or resistance to my support. Number Works and Words tuition have put the joy back into learning for myself and our children.

Liz and the team are very great at there work. My son has came along way in the short time we have been there. Definitely worth there money and time.
