I have had the pleasure of experiencing Joel's work first hand at many Charter Towers Country Music festivals where he and his team have done the sound. As a judge it is imperative that the sound is clean, well balance and every instrument and voice is heard. Joel has a very approachable disposition and is always unfailingly polite to everyone.
