Dr Ian Zhou and his team at Now Dental in Scarborough have truly redefined my expectations of dental care. From my first appointment, Dr Ian's level of attention and professionalism was unparalleled. His adeptness in explaining the procedures and his patience in addressing my concerns have consistently put me at ease. His ability to combine technical expertise with sincere patient comfort care is commendable, not to mention I love what he and his team have done for my smile.

Each visit to Now Dental only reinforces my faith in their service. The clinic is immaculately equipped with state-of-the-art technology Dr. Ian skillfully employs to deliver top-tier dental care. Yet, despite the advanced tools, the human touch sets Now Dental apart. Dr Ian and his staff are proficient, warm, and accommodating, making every visit a pleasant experience.

I’ve been going to Erich for years and have received nothing but stellar treatment and results. I’ve seen Erich for braces, implants, and composite bonding. Only a few years ago my teeth were short, thin and crooked but after all of Erich’s effort, I couldn’t be happier with my smile.

Have been going to Now Dental for approximately 5 years. Dr Kham Le is an outstanding dentist who is most professional in all areas. He explains any procedures and recommendations, if required, to any future dental work. Had to get a tooth pulled with this dentist. I was in pain for weeks and continually pulling out shards of tooth over months. And also prior to that I paid good money to have my teeth cleaned and because they were closing they rushed it and did it in 10 minutes. I’ve since been to another dentist and had my bridge removed, another tooth pulled and three implant screws inserted in one session. Didn’t feel a thing and only needed panadol for one night and no pain since. Goes to show the difference between dentists and butchers.

My name is Matt and the procedure was done on 26th August 2020. I have only just had the confidence to attend a dentist again to get more work done and after the quality of work with this new dentist I realized how bad my experience with you really was and feel it is my right and obligation to leave this review.

Super friendly staff and amazing service! I even had a giggle when getting 2 crowns! Also, competent advice and not only money orientated! Will definitely recommend them to everybody I know! Thx Kham!

Nish's soft touch and reassuring smile in combination with the support team's compassion meant that the extensive work completed over several months was conducted relatively pain free and any anxieties experienced were gently managed and swiftly abated; special thanks to Bonnie for holding my hand that one time.

Nish's non-judgmental approach focuses on education, awareness, and prevention. He patiently and enthusiastically shares his knowledge so you have greater understanding to implement good practices and can also equip yourself with the tools to uphold.

The team obviously enjoy working together. I found their friendly and humorous banter to be a more worthy distraction over conventional television screens.

5 out of 5 for this dental clinic. I grew up in a time when dentist visits were unpleasant but this clinic is excellent across the board and removed that fear. Dr Nish achieved the perfect front crowns I was after, he took great care about the aesthetics, also the health of all my teeth and my comfort. I am very impressed by how thoroughly he assessed everything, phoned me whenever I had a query and carried out the complicated work and consulted together with Dr Erich on outside-the-box details. All the staff are very friendly, the clinic is modern, hygienic and has various entertainment to take your mind off the work! And to top it off they offer finance options. Highly recommended.
