Novo Shoes Orion Springfield

I was having an awful day, one of my friends had passed earlier this week and I walked past to ask for directions to hogs breath where I was to meet up with her family for lunch. The young lady working gave very clear directions and had such a pleasant demeanor, treating me as if we were long time friends!

I stopped by your store again a little while later, where I was served by her again. We had a lovely conversation and she was beyond kind and empatheti c when I told her about my friend. She extended kindness towards me that is rare to find in the world today, especially from someone I hardly know.

She helped me find a pair of shoes and a matching purse for my grandaughter for Christmas and she also picked out a couple of gel inserts for some shoes I mentioned I was having trouble with at home. I hadn't intended on buying anything at all, but left with four items that I am very happy with.

I didn't ask for her name unfortunately but she looked quite young and had beautiful red hair. But I just wanted to say thank you as she made my day, and well done on hiring her!

I went to Novo on the 8th of October and received incredible service from the young ladies working there! Couldn't be happier, they were SO understanding of my situation and provided support and kindness that I never would have expected. My daughter and I bought two pairs of shoes and will happily buy from you again!

Been to this store about 4 times never been approached by any staff members they huddle at the counter and chat and do not make eye contact at all. Purchased shoes elsewhere on 3 occasions which is a shame as would
happily have purchased if the service was there at all. Terrible service.

I went to Novo Shoes today 1st September and the service was very poor and kind disrespectful. I got there and the girl that was working didn’t check or asked me if I needed anything, she was talking to her friends and after 15mins she decided to come and check if I needed help, i asked for the size she said they didn’t have and kept talking to her friends. After they left she tried to give me some excuse and told me they were about to close in 20mins. So i left without buying anything because i was kind rushed to leave. This is not the kind of service you expect after having a long day of work and try to buy yourself something. Not going back to this particular store.

Service is quite mediocre, the shoes are wonderful both selection and quality, comfortable and affordable.

If I'm able to give them below zero, then I'm happy to do. Please keep in mind that I tried to communicate with staff in-store, customer service person and their customer service manager without any luck. Their email response is automatically filled without understanding the actual issues. I'll not recommend this brand to anyone. I was especially misleading by staff and the way their online order was set up.
