Novo Shoes Chermside

I purchased shoes online from this company (via their Freelance trading name). I hated them when they arrived so I sent them back paying over $15 for return shipping. They never refunded me my money, I got one response to an email from them asking for the order number and never heard from them again after I sent 3+ emails. Luckily I paid through Afterpay, so Afterpay helped get my money back as the company kept taking the payments out and ignoring all of my emails.

They honestly seem like they’re going out of business and doing a lot of shady things & not refunding people their money!

Blonde lady was so nice, but Tatiana the brunette one was horrible. No customer service skills and SO rude. She just does not want to be there. I was a loyal customer to Novo but if I need shoes and see her face I'm going elsewhere.

The retail assistant sent me all the way from the Chermside store to the Jindalee store for a pair of shoes, as it was the only one available but failed to tell me that the price at Jindalee was double that of the Chermside store. Clearly retail is rocket science for this lot. Wasted my time, money & fuel.

Last Sunday, I visited the store, feeling quite stressed, looking for clothing for my first day at work. Thankfully, Novo had exactly what I needed and Samara helped me choose the perfect shoes and bag for my exciting day! Thank you so much Samara. I hope to see you again soon in-store:)

Love the shoes but I only got around 5 wears of one of my heels: (also checked online to see their closing times (5: 30 on sunday) so i could get some after work, went at 4: 30 and they were closed: (slightly annoying

I had a bad customer service experience here from one particular lady that was rather disheartening

Came into the Chermside store today with my only desire to have a look around. Was immediately greeted by a beautiful smile from bubbly staff member Claudia! She was extremely happy to help me choose a shoe alongside another pair (2 more pairs than I needed!) with no hesitation. I wasn’t really aware of my size but Claudia’s lovely personality guided me in which would sizing would be best. I Have never felt so welcomed and like I belonged in a store more than that moment. Thank you Claudia it was lovely to meet your beautiful smiling face!

Horible customer service. 2 ladies (one long blonde hair & second red hair, Friday 6th Dec around 2pm) g having a good conversation and did not acknowledged myself & other customers who walked in the store to say hello or approach us. Disappointing them leaning over the counter and chatting deep into their conversation but such a beautiful store.

Terrible customer service. I went into the store this morning and the staff member working was talking to her friend at the counter in another language for 15 minutes while I was looking around the store to exchange something I had bought previously. I was not greeted or asked if I needed any sizes and had seen a number of shoes I was interested in but got no help at all. I decided I wasn’t going to exchange and that I would get a store credit due to the lack of service. I went up to the counter and the staff member was still talking to her friend. Eventually she asked me what I wanted and I explained that I wanted a store credit. While she was processing this she continued talking to her friend and not acknowledging me at all. Very rude and disrespectful, lost my purchases. Will be going to the store at Indooroopilly from now on as the staff there as always extremely helpful and welcoming.

The service was not great I was greeted but didn't get much help even after asking questions (it was very quiet in the store at the time), and the shoebox for the ones I purchased was collapsed so I didn't get one, and less than 3 months on the shoes have fallen apart

Went in on a busy Sunday 2nd December 2018 and was welcomed straight away and asked if I needed anything.

I came in with no intention to purchase shoes and left with 4 pairs because of the amazing customer service!

The girls were young but happy to be there which was great to see.

They asked about the sizing and made sure the box had both the same size and even went to the trouble of putting through 2 seperate transactions so I received 2 discounts!

Thanks heaps ladies, your help was very much appreciated.

AVOID BYING FROM THIS SHOP!

Very disappointed, bought a shoe and it turned out faulty, they refused to exchange or refund it. This shop should be shut down as they are clearly selling very bad quality shoes. I’ll be taking legal action to get my money back as I know I have the right.

Rude manager. Price tag was wrong on shoes, but would not honour price. Dumb as, need a calculator to work out half of $190. No wonder price tags on shoes are wrong.

The staff were really rude and when I got home to sunny coast (1hr) away there was only one shoe in the box and in the second pair of shoes I brought were swapped for a different pair. The manager (the rudest one) couldnt give a suggestion on how to return.

Honestly, on Thursday I went twice this month February 2018 night and the sellers really have a way long to go to bring a goo service. There it's no time to have this bad service.
