The lady in the store was not very nice. She did not acknowledge me when I would talk to her, there was no eye contact and there was no smile. As someone who works in hospitality I know it can be hard to be cheerful sometimes but I felt unwelcome in the store like she did not want to talk to me. The only reason I come to the Novo at Dfo is because it is cheaper than indro but from now on I will be going to indro. She did not bother to initiate any conversation and was busy behind her desk and even when I went to ask her something she would not even look up or anything and only move after she finished whatever she was doing. Overall she looked very bored and like she didn’t want to work there which makes me not want to shop there.

Great experience today. I went in with a dress for a formal event and asked for help finding shoes to match. The lady on was fantastic with her choice and they looked great on. She was very kind to the point my usually very shy 2year old daughter ran up and randomly hugged her. Will definitely be back. Great product and price matched with awesome service!
