Novo Shoes

Great energy in the store! There was only one young girl in the store however she was super nice and great to talk to! She helped me pick out some shoes for a wedding and she was very bubbly to everyone. I forgot to ask her name but I remember she had long brown hair. Thanks for the help!

Second time i’ve gone to purchase in this store and walked out due to staff being so rude. It’s the same girl that’s done it to me twice now. I was the only person in the shop and asked for a size in two pairs of shoes. I tried them on and was going to buy them but when I asked a question the girl didn’t even lift here head up to look at me when she responded so I left the store and bought online.

Love the shoes and shop there all the time but there is one staff member which is the same girl everytime who is constantly rude and throws boxes of shoes on the floor when you ask politely and doesn't speak to you unless you are buying from the store. Super disappointing considering I am a regular customer but I will not be buying from the store again if it continues.

Shoes are great, staff on the other hand are rude and unhelpful. Rang the manager and she didn't seem to worried the behavior of her staff.unprofessional.

Not gonna lie, I did feel like I pain wanting to try on probably at least 5-6 pairs of shoes, but I am pretty picky when it comes to finding the perfect fit! However, the employee wearing glasses started to get quite frustrated when I politely asked her each time if they had a certain shoe in my size whilst she was busy doing stock take or something similar. Towards the end she started to throw down the shoes on the bench without saying anything. I still remained calm and polite because I did actually like the shoes and ended up buying 2 pairs. Overall pretty disappointed with this as I work in hospitality myself and know that it isn't hard to be nice to people, especially when you are being paid to do so.

Novo has amazing shoes but the staff really let it down, particurally in this store. Always rude.
