Novo Shoes

Everytime I walk in that shop, I never get greeted, they just look like zombies, the only time they will help you is when you pick up a shoe and then they ask what size your after. I will never be back there again.

Very good service from this store. Offered me the special, which I was able to pick up from another store, as they did not have my size in stock.

The staff are so friendly and patient. They were still serving patiently and professionally my mum and I although the were a few minutes from closing the store. Thank you for a great retail experience.

Cant go into this shop without walking away with a bargain love the second pair for $20 deal! Great variety, Love the heels!

This message is to recognise your Novo Harbourtown staff & store. My visit not only saw the staff member training a new employee, but her attention given to myself and other customers coming through the store was exemplary. Your display & range of shoes is what had me walking through your doors too.
The last time I had needed a pair of shoes, I had walked out after listening to an employee/possible Manager swearing on her phone whilst talking to a friend.
On Friday, my visit to your store was met with the calibre of this employee who had me sign up with Novo.
I am sorry I did not get the woman's name but she is to be congratulated for her professionalism, attentiveness and wonderful service.
She was the reason I bought a much needed 2nd pair of shoes.

Great range of shoes for every occasion. Staff were great help and genuine, took the time to help me find what I needed and gave suggestions, one of which I ended up purchasing!
