You know what?

I didn't think I liked the store because of previous staff though cannot specify.

I needed shoes and didn't want to travel through too much nonsense.

Went in tonight, served by Kaitlyn who manned the store herself with excellence, consistently busy and still made time to help anyone.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes efficiently, the way I like and was so happy with he experience that figured it deserved a great review.

So many stores in Surfers don't exist after long. With others closed, was relieved Novo has existed for a while.

Novo plastic bag has given colour to my hand, watch and clothes. Not impressed.

After purchasing a pair of shoes we noticed that one of the shoes was faulty, the lady wouldn’t want to refund the money. We asked if we can exchange with the same type but she asked us to come an hour later which we told that we don’t have that much time as we needed to head back to Brisbane. After I mentioned that I will write a review on google then, somehow she was able to exchange with the same type without waiting. I believe this is very poor customer service to get a reasonable service. I had better experience at other Novo stores.
