DO NOT BUY FLATS FROM NOVO - Bought shoes for work, they didn’t even last 3 months before I had holes in the soles. Not the first time it’s happened either.

Knowing full well the store closes at 4pm with the doors already half shut, won’t this soulless sales person turn around with zero expression on her face state.just a heads up we closing in a few minutes.we just walked out. 3/7/22 you can work out who’s running your business to the ground.
Was served by the lovely Savannah! Helped out with sizing, let me know the discounts happening in store. She was extremely patient, bubbly and very helpful. Really glad she looked up if I was a Novo member, resulting to me finding out I had a birthday gift voucher. Definitely made my day!
