We had shutters and roller blinds installed at our home in Wavell Heights by Northside Shutters and Blinds. From start to finish the team were professional, friendly to deal with, and always showed up when they said they would! The quality of their products is very good. Can't recommend enough. We had a large, complicated bi fold shutter that the team did an excellent job of problem solving and installing. The team came back when I changed my mind after installation and amend some framing. Such a professional and high quality business. Customer service is excellent.

Matt & Chris did a terrific job at a competitive price too.we went for the (narrower) polymer shutters to match existing timber ones and the end result is very pleasing!

professional and approachable during the entire process. Our shutters arrived earlier than they promised and were installed perfectly. The finished product is faultless and has absolutely transformed our tired looking 90s lowset brick and tile home into a coastal retreat. I’m blown away by the difference their product has made to our place and am so grateful we decided to go through them for it!
A note for families with young children (or shift workers, light sleepers etc) - I thought going with shutters would mean comprising and not having a dark room, however Northside’s shutters darken the bedrooms to perfection for sleeps, and is also incredibly insulating for our south facing windows.

We chose Northside Shutters & Blinds due to the product warranties (structural & cosmetic (paint and finishing) on the plantation shutters we wanted installed. They arrived on time for the initial measurement and quote.

There was excellent communication throughout the wait for the shutters to be manufactured and the installation was excellent and we were so impressed with the results we decided to replace the older Venetians and blinds throughout the rest of the house as well.
