Dr Trent is the best dentist I've ever had. He's gentle and obviously cares for his patients. He keeps you abreast of exactly what he's doing, shows you how your teeth are looking and gives advice before starting anything. You're always aware of how much the treatments will cost as well, which assuages any stress you might feel. He tries to keep the costs down as much as possible and won't pad out the quote with unnecessary work. Not only that but he is personable and has a great chat. He has a fantastic bedside manner. He also explains to his assistants exactly what's going on too, and unlike other dentists I've had he treats everyone with kindness and respect.

The clinic itself is clean and comfortable and waiting area is kept spotless. The reception staff (well any staff) are all lovely too. You never feel rushed out the door and they let you know if the dentist is still busy so you're not sitting there wondering if you're forgotten (also an experience of mine at other healthcare providers).

Cannot recommend highly enough.

The staff here are super lovely, both over the phone and in person. It is a warm, welcoming environment. Dr Priyena is a kind and gentle dentist who does well
to ease my anxiety and make me feel comfortable in the chair.

I've used three different dentists at this practice and all are exceptional. My child is anxious and they've been patient and kind, I can't speak highly enough of them. I've used them for myself as well, there's no judgement on my poor history of dental care or finances, really lovely people.

Dr Helen is my dentist and she’s amazing. She’s so calm, and gentle and explains to you every step of the way so you are so relaxed and comfortable. Have to say the entire staff, starting from the front desk is very professional. I had done two fillings yesterday, and I’m not sore and hardly feel anything was done its that amazing! Thank you, Dr Helen and her team!

The best dentist I have ever gone to and I cannot recommend enough (especially if you have dental anxiety).

PROS:
- I have been to 2 of their different dentists and both have been fantastic, so lovely and professional
- The reception staff are great
- Before your first visit someone will get in contact with you & explain things that might make you nervous (where you can park, where they are, what your first session will be like). Setting expectations was so hopeful to me.
- Dentists will tell you what they are doing before they do it if you want them to, can talk you through the tools they are using and why if you want them too. They make sure you know you can take a minute any time
- For consultations you will spend minimal time in the dental chair & they will run through any information you need at a desk instead.
- Really clear expectations of costs of things, what work you will need to do and in what time frame etc. Amazing transparency.
- Offer payment plans
- The waiting room feels homey with couches instead of plastic waiting room chairs

CONS:
- None

There is absolutely no shame from the dentists, everything they do to ease anxiety is incredible and every staff member I have interacted with has gone above and beyond.

I've seen both Dr Trent and Dr Helen and both were fantastic. I had a wisdom tooth removed and Trent explained the whole process to me to make sure I felt comfortable. It was the best dentistry experience I've had! I no longer live in Brisbane but whenever I come home to visit I book in an appointment straight away!

Heart centered health provider. From the light filled waiting room welcoming and engaging reception and professional caring dentists. Highly Recommended.

I highly recommend Trent who is always personable as well as professional. He patiently explains everything, ensuring you understand and are comfortable with the procedures.

Had a routine check up with Trent. He was so informative and went into depth about condition on teeth. Would highly recommend!

Amazing dentist! The whole experience was very positive, including Dr Fisher explaining what needed to be done and costs, and the actual procedure. All the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this dentist, especially to people who are nervous about dentist visits!

Honestly the best dentist experience I have ever had. All the staff are super friendly and understanding of your concerns and they go through everything with you to make sure you understand and you are happy. They have the best pricing I have found making it really accessible. Overall just a really friendly environment and an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend and I will continue to go back to Northside Dental Solutions.

Have attended this beautiful clinic twice, with both experiences being exceptional. From being greeted by Lisa with a beautiful smile. Seeing Patrick and meeting his team Georgie and Jill, this team are all together fantastic. I actually got my first filling ever by Pat however he was extremely gentle and kind. Explaining what he was doing prior to the drill, what I should expect to feel. If you are looking for a kind gentle and professional dental team, this the one to see.

Not a great fan of dentists but now I've been to NDS to have treatment from Dr Rae and her assistant I'm happy to return, amazing girls thanks so much.

An amazing dentist from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. Dr Patrick, his assistant and all the other staff were professional, considerate & patient and I can't thank them enough for the excellent care they provided. Would definitely recommend.
