Absolutely massive store with great prices helpful and friendly staff. The air-conditioning is extremely great in store especially for the Queensland Summertime this company specialises in cleaning chemicals, also cleaning hardware. Ie mops etc buy in bulk and save.pleanty of toilet paper. Unlike other leading stores please come to NCPS and you will be able to stock up on the toilet paper. Hospitality and food.bulk food lots of ur plates cups knife's that are all eco friendly.save the environment and savings in your pocket. IF your a business sign up online for bulk orders and delivery all the way to Bundaberg to Gold Coast and out to Kingaroy / esc.conditions apply on how often in a calendar month on the amountof times they deliveryup Bundabergso please ask in advance.an alot of places in between great discounts in store or online I signed up for a account and its great thought I'll pop in to see the store in person and wow not sure if I got it all so much to take In.staff are professional and knowledgeable in the products and are there if you need help thanks for reading I hope this review has helped you out let me no hit the thumbs up and follow me for more reviews thanks.

Friendly service, hard to find products atm but the business appears to still be settling in to its new location.

Its a shame there are only 5 stars as I would give more. Have called them twice and both times spoken to a lady called "Sam" and her knowledge and customer service over the phone was impeccable. It was in regard to an Oates product and after 3 calls to Oates with no courtesy shown with a reply, Sam answered all of my questions and made a sale. I am in Victoria and they are in QLD and the freight they charged was extraordinarily low. That is, they clearly are not profiting from freight as so many companies do. At the time, I only needed 1 item but because of her service and their extremely low prices, I purchased 2 items and I am also going to speak to others who I know will use this product and be placing future orders with them. Great company in every respect and highly recommended no matter what state you are in. It is just a shame that the products are from Oates.

Almost always an easy shopping experience, but I wish the shelves were better organised so thay everything is more visible and the product names aligned with where they pointed.

Always helpful when I have questions and always get such lovely service also they have everything I need for my cleaning business.

Purchased the item online to pick-up at store, Not responding to phone calls and emails, Finally drive all the way to this store and the staff memeber advised the product is out of stock, i was ready to wait untill the product avaialble in store however they are not interested even for me to wait or sell. "If you have a product out of stock please change it as out of stock online (every shops does that) you allowing customers to buy it then rejecting to sell it to a customer is even ready to wait untill stocked" Not fare at all!

Although our business is based in Bundaberg, we've found Northside Cleaning to have the best price and their customer service has been excellent. They even deliver to Bundaberg when we pre-organise.

McCloy Dental has been using Northside Cleaning and Packaging Supplies for years. We have found them to be very professional and have a wide range of products. If they don't have it they will track it down for you. They have very helpful team of staff. Highly recommend.

Best service, products and knowledge. Keep up the good work. Great for commercial or domestic cleaners now even bigger range for most stores too. Great for public sales, get home cleaning products that last and smell great a must have is cherry disinfectant concentrate and a spray bottle and you wont look back. ;-)
