Norths Devils Leagues Club

Attended an 18th here last night and highly recommend you do not book a function. Over zealous security plus unreasonable and rude duty manager. Not sure how this place survives.

Went to to the Devils Leagues club last night for a friends youngest sons 18th birthday party,
From the start it didn’t go to well beers, stone & wood were $9.50 i was paying $7.30 the night before in the Redcliffe Leagues for the same drink.
There was an outside area booked so music could be played using the clubs equipment, that didn’t work even though there were four staff members looking at it for ages.
Worst thing was the security, admittedly there were a few drunk teenagers, what do you expect at a 18th, but there was no trouble most of them were very well behaved a couple of broken glasses but nothing unexpected, there were many adults to keep an eye on things.
Then it all went down hill rapidly security stepped in and threw out one you lad not sure what he had done, maybe he deserved it not sure, but the next thing we were all told we we not allowed to buy any more drinks even though the bar was still open to every one else in the club, much was talked about and in the end we were all asked to leave by very over zealous security staff.
I do not think i have ever been to such a shambles shame on you staff and security at the Devils leagues club.
Will not be returning ever again

Very good, few options for members, little bit hard to find but nothing that a gps would not help.busy but not that busy!

Had Riley twice now serving our table at dinner he is a lovely young man and knows his job very well. Credit to his parents and the club for hiring such a lovely young man. Riley gets a 10 /10 from our group.

A hidden surprise. Wonderful, welcoming team, hearty food, friendly atmosphere, attractive decor.

Unfortunately my husband could not eat his Eye Fillet steak was chewy and smelt strange a waste of 30 dollars. My mine was ok. Went to Devils again last night. They have a new menu. My husband could not eat his fish meal the mash potato was runny and fish on top on a not very nice sauce. My meal was just ok. Was a waste of 100 dollars. Will not be going back there again!

Friendly staff, fantastic meals, ample parking, modern amenities, overall a great place to meet with friends and family. Worth the membership

I was at the club today with six of my friends and Olivia was looking after us with drinks, lunch and finishing with sweets and coffees etc. We were all so impressed wonderful smile and very attentive please pass on our thanks to her. Regards Yvonne

Pretty disappointing that there is one staff member who constantly targets my friend because of personal issues.
The staff have been horrible regarding the situation and it's disgusting and disappointing that the establishment is ok with the bullying of a patron.
Personal grievances should not be allowed at a work place.
This woman has now gone as far as to be rude and disrespectful to others that are associated with the person she has PERSONAL issues with.
Horrible service and the club clearly condones the bullying of patrons.
Naturally, it will be denied as it has been before but I cannot believe my friends special night and her guests have been made to feel like we have started trouble when the bar maid has gone out of her way to make all of us eventually feel unwelcome due to personal issues.

A hidden gem. Fabulous club with everything your looking for in a local club. Warm and friendly staff. A new addition of an alfresco beer garden is exciting and a nice change from indoors.

Great leagues club, we always have a nice time here.
Good points:
- Excellent quality meals, good gluten free options, good value
- Clean club
- Very good, friendly service
- Courtesy bus
- Kid friendly: play ground & contained play area

Points for improvement:
- more locally sourced drinks would be nice. Bird Dog Sparkling Brut from Mt Tamborine would be an excellent addition
- A separate area for punters, so they can hear the races. Currently the only space is in the bar area

I'm a member of Norths and visit regularly.however last Wednesday Origin 2.my group of 15 will probably never attend this venue again for this type of function after the seating organizer treated us like sheep and stuck us in a corner as far away as possible from a screen and was rude when we insisted that we had booked an extended table in front of a screen. Please note that towards the end of the first half there was less than a dozen patrons in total in that part of the club (mostly children running around). Disappointing for the group as the food had issues as well.

Had the roast of the day today. Corned beef. Tough as. Also had the fish. Seems like it was from a supermarket frozen pack. Not very good. Prob won’t be back.

As a long term member I can't speak highly enough about the Club. Food is fabulous especially the quality of the roast lunches. Lovely ambience & Management/staff are friendly & helpful.excellent service. In my view the best
Club in Brisbane.

The entree bowl of mussels only had 4 of the smallest mussels I’ve ever seen. The shells were there, but unfortunately no mussels.
I told two staff members, but even though they were concerned, it was not a priority to chat to the kitchen.
The creamy prawns were just - no real
Flavour.
Nice friendly staff, but no one really managing from what I could tell.
I wish the club well xx

Held our high school 30 year reunion in a section of the beer garden here Saturday night.

There was a bit of confusion over the venue area and with the timing of the food but we worked everything out. The food was delicious. Everyone had a fabulous night catching up. We used one of the large screens for our slide show and a powerpoint presentation for our quiz. Unfortunately, we had to postpone some of our speeches and quiz until the function right next to us finished their presentations as the audio was too loud next to us for us to use our microphone.

The communication with the event manager could've been a bit better but all in all the night was a massive success!

Second timer here for Dinner, all the way feom Maryborough Qld and it’s keeps Getting better and better on another level️? Yummy dinner and beautiful service, very fast delivery and we didn’t leave much scrapsthank you for the amazing Service️? ! We will be back. Highly recommend?

We have taken a lot of our elderly clients for lunch great food and excellent service staff couldn’t do enough for us would definitely recommend this club to everyone

My steak was perfect, and workmates raved about the vege gnocchi!
Quick friendly service even on a game day. A hidden gem.

Was there today and after a long wait for our food I was disappointed with serving side.
Got the flathead expecting a serving of fish not 3 small finger size bits small salad and over cooked chips.
In no rush to back after that.
