I did the winter warrior lessons and such a great time. My teacher Matt was unreal friendly and so helpful in teaching me how to surf. Would definitely recommend this surf school and definitely the winter warrior lessons!

Myself and my 3 teenage kids had a great day today with Russell and his team of instructors. Patient, professional and we all had lots of fun.

My son and I did it together.had a single instructor between both of us.went over water and surf basics before we played in the surf.our instructor gave great tips.my son was very happy which makes me happy.

I am 22 years old and attended one day of surfing lessons at Caloundra Surf School. Russel, my instructor, was extremely organized and helpful. I was a complete beginner- had never surfed before- and was able to stand up by the end of our morning session. Then, I was confident enough to hire a surf board for the rest of the week. Russel continued to support me and give me tips whenever I saw him at the beach.

We bunked off work and went for a surf lesson instead and what a great morning it was! We would definitely recommend these guys, they knew what they were talking about and we will def be trying surfing again soon!

Can't recommend highly enough. John is a fantastic teacher who makes the whole process so easy and enjoyable!

I had a fantastic afternoon surfing with John. He provided a lot of useful, tailored advice about my technique, which allowed me to develop my skills quite quickly. He was also friendly and encouraging, which made for a fun and relaxing session. I would, without hesitation, recommend to others!

We booked our lesson with John last minute and he was very accomodating. Excellent and skilled teacher. It was a great time with John and we learned alot. Very professional and positve!

We booked our 8 year old son in for lessons at the Caloundra Surf School. Great staff and very helpful. Our son liked the lessons so much, that we went back the next day to hire a board. John was very nice and lots of fun. Highly recommended.

Very good earn to surf lessons. Super friendly and I definitely recommend going with John and his team.

John and his team are great at what they do. I had never surfed before and after the introduction with John, I was standing up on my first wave. I also attended the lesson alone and they made me feel at home and like part of the team instantly. He not only teaches you how to surf, but also the must knows about beach safety and surfing. All coaches are very patient and encouraging, they make you feel very comfortable and are super friendly. Would highly recommend Caloundra Surf School to anyone!

My 14 year old granddaughter learnt to surf here. She loved every moment of it and the crew were all incredibly helpful and supportive

After my daughter having such great experiences with North Caloundra Surf School I enrolled my just turned 5 year old son for lessons over the Christmas holidays. The smile on his face, excitement and confidence that the school and the instructors have given him is priceless. They are professional and safe and I highly recommended them.

Apologies, you’re right, it’s the other Caloundra surf school that gave us a terrible experience, not your group (North Caloundra surf school.) I couldn’t delete my review so I gave it 5 stars.sorry for the trouble.

Such a friendly and well organised surf school. I booked in for a couple of refresher lessons to build up more skill and confidence on a board and John & his team of coaches (Rob, Ryan & Joe to name a few) have been so helpful and encouraging every time. Their passion for surfing shines through and I look forward to my next trip up to Caloundra for some fun with the waves ‍️

Russ and the team at North Caloundra Surf School were professional, friendly, organised and provided awesome surf safety awareness and surf skills for our group. The surf coaches were extremely knowledgeable and ensured that everyone was well supported in and out of the water while developing their skills and having Fun. We will be back soon for our end of season surf session. BEST surf school on the coast!

My daughter and I had an awesome day today at Happy Valley with John and Em from Caloundra Surf school. Conditions were not the best but the crew did an awesome job. Great value for money and what better way to to experience locals sharing their knowledge and experience with us. I would not hesitate to recomend this experience to anyone willing to give it a go.
