Noosa Stand Up Paddle

A really nice introduction to SUP. Kent took the time to explain the tricks and tips and got us right into the ‘Noosa vibe’ from the get-go. Both complete noobs and didn’t fall off once! Confident to go again alone now. Saw sting rays and ducks and herons and jumping fish and cool stuff. Kent knew the river well and could take us to sheltered and smooth spots for learning. Excellent workout. Loved it! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend visiting Noosa Stand Up Paddle, they are professional, knowledgeable and so patient with beginners. It was an awesome day out, lots of fun and great exercise. Seeing the fish and stingrays was a highlight! It's definitely an adventure you don't want to miss when in Noosa.

The hiring process was very easy and reasonably priced. My friends and I were all first timers and got the hang of it pretty quickly with clear instructions before we started. Overall, it was a super fun experience and we'll definitely do it again next time we're in Noosa! Thanks Kent!

My wife and I had never tried SUPs before, we were debating whether to just hire and see how we go or get lessons. We got the lessons, so glad we did. Kent was wonderful, tailored it to our abilities. The lesson lasted about 20 mins before Kent led us across the Noosa river. He then let us go for the remainder of the hour-and-a-half period on our own, recommending we paddle up behind Goat Island on our own which we did. Then back down and across the river to the hire point. We didn't fall off at all. We had a wonderful time that we wouldn't have had without Kent's guidance, I doubt we would have been confident enough to even cross the river without the lesson. We now feel like we know our abilities and limits and are keen to SUP again. Thanks Kent! Highly recommend.

Amazing experience. Suitable for adults and kid’s alike. Kent’s calm nature and knowledge is perfect for those a little nervous. We will be back.

Despite my absolute lack of natural balance and coordination, James's instruction got me up and paddling around in no time. A wonderful tour, and a must-do in Noosa.
