Luke from Noosa Print went above and beyond to get my (very) late notice order done and ready on time! Couldn't recommend them enough!

We went to Martin to assist us to design our shop sign and logo. We had a few meetings to go over our requirements and although initially he said he could help us with this, it became clear he was getting upset at how long we were taking to figure out what we wanted for the sign and logo. What we actually wanted, was assistance with this, but we didn't get it. Martin was huffing and puffing the whole time and made the experience uncomfortable and negative. If you know what you want to get printed then go for it, but if you want help with design, I recommend that you go somewhere else.

This family business have taken care of our printing needs for several years and we are very happy with the print quality and friendly service.

Overall experience just OK. Quote given over the phone twice was incorrect, and then when questioned after invoicing, the billing person sited the website price which was not how I got my quote, got snooty and wouldnt modify price. Then I paid for and quoted for folded brochures, and got brochures with fold marks that we had to fold ourselves. They ended up folding them personally for us after I complained. One of the jobs the printing quality average. I wont be going back.
