Noosa Inspiration Centre

Lynn was absolutely the best and kind person to show what we could do while we stay in Noosa. Thanks for your service, full of tips and great ideas to fill out our days.

The volunteers (staff) at the Noosa info center are so knowledgeable and helpful. We have always received amazing service, advice and info from them.

Fantastic place to go to for help especially on Monday 14th August 2023 at 11 am staff helped us with accommodation suggested places to visit etc ….

Customer service here was awesome. Margot went above and beyond for us when we asked for advice about where to store our suitcases while waiting for our transfer to the airport. Made my day - thank you Margot!

Amazing team of mainly volunteers who love sharing their local knowledge about places to see, things to do and how to relax and enjoy your time in Noosa. Plenty of available information and friendly service. There are some wonderful places to stay in the area and adventures of all sorts to be had. I am definitely coming back to do more!

Great and helps. Margot guided us through the whole noosa scene. Highly recommend to start your day 1 here and just plan on pending on the length of your stay.

So. I'm a couple of days late providing this feedback. It would have been a 5-star review as the staff was lovely and very helpful on the day of booking an afternoon tour to the Everglades taking place today.

As I was spending the morning with friends and lunch had been planned, I went by the office to ask them to change my pickup point. They said this wasn't possible.so I skipped the lunch and went back to wait for my pickup.only to find the bus driving right back to the Noosa Heads.

Apart from this, a good overall feeling about this office

Super friendly and funny staff.
They can only sell a daily bus ticket of a value of 10$ (no card or single ticket available).

Everyone there is so helpful! We wanted to find out where we could put our luggage on the last day so we could enjoy another nice day at the beach. We were allowed to leave our luggage with them and they helped us organise some things like getting to our bus. For all your needs, try here first! I can't imagine that they don't at least try everything to help you!

We dropped in 2 times, and found the staff really helpful with transport information, local accommodation, and local stuff

Warm welcome from the team, particular shout out to Anna, who went above and beyond to provide assistance and help when we were looking for a charging station for our e-bike.

What a cute little place all beautifully looked after by a team of volunteers who really know there stuff

Dan is the the best! So knowledgeable and so helpful. I think he is the youngest one there. He knew all the bus lines from the top of his head. I saw him help a little old lady that came in after falling over outside. He patched her up & looked after her. I liked how all the staff wore white & cream clothes. I like the outlay of the centre, especially they the huge map of Noosa on the wall.

Situated in the middle of the town, parking was not visitor friendly. No real tourist information available for area - mainly shops and beach.

Great range of maps, brochures and merchandise. Really friendly and super helpful. Anna and the team of volunteers really do go over and above with great advice on Noosa and surrounds!
