These $320 Vaporfly shoes I got from this store literally lasted 2weeks and less than 50klm. Ripped off. I only give 2 stars because the staff was friendly.
Today I was absolutely blown away by the integrity and strong ethics of Nike and its employees in this store. I was desperate for a resolution after JD Sports would not honour the warranty on poor workmanship for my hardly worn AF1s that were collapsing around the toe and causing unsightly wrinkling. I explained the situation, showed them the faulty shoes and for comparison showed them, my older, more worn but still in perfect condition AF1s I was wearing. Immediately I was validated in my concern and offered a credit under warranty despite purchasing from elsewhere. I was so grateful and pleased with the service, I ended up buying 2 pairs of AF1s and my sister bought 1 pair for herself. We will absolutely only buy direct from Nike from now on because the assurance on quality and after purchase care is solid. Feeling very grateful!

Thank you for your excellent customer service, we took my daughters newly purchased shoes back with a minor fault and the manager immediately arranged a replacement pair for us to collect from another store. Very grateful.

Was in here today! Walked around for 5mins, didn’t get acknowledged at all! I was going to buy new shoes and some gear but the 2 staff that were on just kept talking to each other and just looked at me. Customer service need improvement.
