Fantastic service by all staff members on the floor and check out. Bought the most comfortable Nike runners here at such a great price.

Jacob (I'm hoping i have remembered his name correctly) was an amazing help and really got his salesmen skills going (not in a pushy snakey way) and was very polite and informative. The prices here were shockingly cheap. Having come from WA and on holiday over East, I can never justify shopping anywhere else now again to be honest! Might just have to go on another holiday every time i need new stuff from Nike.

Can’t go wrong here, usually discounts all year round. Wasn’t as busy as usually which is great

Never ever buy anything from this shop, they overcharged me for my purchase, in return they did not refund into the card that I used to purchase but forced me to receive a gift card from their own store. Very unprofessional.

Went down on Tuesday afternoon and were chasing a couple of pairs to buy. Asked the staff to help in return I received the worst customer service and felt terrible

Great deals in here if you’re looking for good quality to suit your budget! Friendly and helpful staff but sometimes there would be a queue of customers and there is only 1 register open.

The sales assistants were very knowledgeable and clearly a runner: Scully and other one had glasses (Matt). Both of them were really informative. Asked their opinion on some things, their answers were excellent and spot on of what I wanted but didn't know in the shoe model. The shoes fit very well and would serve my purpose. Thank you Matt and Scully, you both are an asset to Nike, as you know the footwear very well, truly!

Great store, big range just awesome prices. Went to buy some Nike Pegasus 35's. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and clearly a runner. Asked his opinion on some things, his answers were excellent and to the point. Looked at some Nike Zoom Pegasus Turbo 2's. They fit very well and would serve my purpose. Went to pay however, they were the last set in store and sadly were two different sizes. So I re-selected the 35's. The Nike sales assistant was genuinely sorry and offered a further 40% off the already discounted 35's. We're talking double digit price now, just amazingly cheap. I couldn't be happier, came away with the shoes i went for at an amazing price. I belong to a decent size running group. Needless to say The Jindalee store in Brisbane can expect more sales from my club's runners. I wish i could remember the sales assistants name. He was excellent.

Reasonable, but the shoe specials are only the boxes with the lids cut off. How hard is that to put on a sign?

Good for a factory outlet. Heaps of shoes for all disiplines at way below retail. Not a lot of clothes but very good specials. Easy parking

James your a legend, my wife needed new runners and the first sale man didn't care at all he was to busy checking himself. James came along helped my wife find the perfect set of shoes, super knowledgeable and helpful. Went above and beyond, great customer service.

Never once I felt I could get a good deal in this store. Everything is pricey. Why are you in a DFO?
