The long-haired female clerk has a bad attitude. She doesn't seem to enjoy her job and is always impatient.

Ana and another lady help me with my first selection on branded shoes. Decided to invest in the priceir shoes due to varied reasons. Despite the increase number of customers, ana took the time to explain to me the different types of shoes that they offer and how it differ. Really appreciate it. Boxing day discount sale also help a lot.

Customer service is pretty poor every time I’ve been in. They don’t approach to help, but not that big of an issue. However, even at the counter they avoid talking as much as possible. When I asked for the remaining balance on my gift card the girl didn’t even look up and mumbled $20 into the ground. Then they just handed over my purchase with the receipt and said nothing lol. Quite strange behaviour to say the least.

Myself and my mother were calling around rebel sports for the Australian soccer home jersey. They stuffed us around until we called nike, specifically this store. Claire and Ange (unsure of spelling) were incredible. They helped us in every way they could, and did an extraordinary job. Would highly recommend this store, and assistance from these two. We will be back.

It's really disappointing that I feel leaving a 1 star review on a stores page is the only way to possibility get anywhere with Nike.

First of all, I'm a fan, all my shoes are Jordans (big feet problems) love the shoes,
But after the experience I'm currently having with Nike Online after needing to return some shoes I ordered as they where in very unacceptable condition for brand new shoes.

Nike offered 15% discount for me having to repackage / take the shoe to a post office to be returned and wait 2 weeks+ to be refunded so I can order new shoes (still waiting for refund at this stage). They also had 15% off storewide on the site at the time so I thought that was a big average so they "escalated my complainte"

There "escalation team" sent me an email offering 20% and in the email instructed me to "respond to this email for further help" which I did and immediately the email bounced back (tried multiple times).

I have spent over an hour on the phone to Nike and got absolutely nowhere, constantly cut off mid sentence by there hard to hear staff. Hung up on a few times, refused to be transferred to a supervisor.just the worst possible service you could imagine.

The icing on the cake, they aren't refunding me my postage just the items I bought.

Short version NEVER USE NIKE ONLINE!

Ming and Clare of the Queen Street branch were excellent in handling a situation in the store involving some non-customers rummaging through the recycling box. Ming stood up to the boys and ensured that they didn't leave the store with shoes that were meant for recycling. Great work team!

Whatever you do - Do not order from Nike online. Worst experience ever. I had to wait weeks on end for my purchase. Then the size was wrong. I returned now I am chasing up a refund. The process has so far taken two months and has not be resolved. The customer service spoke such poor English I thought I was being scammed. Wake up, it’s 2022. Never ever again!

Thank you Laura for your help this past week. I initially went in the store to find a pair of shorts for my husband. Laura could see I was having trouble finding what I was looking for and was quick to help and even look out the back to see if she could find the right size. Whilst they didn't have them in stock, I was able to find a few other items to purchase and again Laura was extremely helpful and so bright and bubbly through the checkout process. It is a real delight to have someone so full of energy assist in retail.

Intentionally misleading return policy. Actual return policy is non-existent. They claim to be a different business than the actual Nike which provides 30 day returns.

Overall good selection of shoes but staff seem very distracted or overwhelmed by customers coming in and out. We had to try and keep their attention

Great customer service by Sakshi. She has been very helpful while Im looking for a perfect running shoe. Customers need this attention whenever we are just browsing aroung and specially when we are buying stuff. Good work and continue what you are doing. Cheers!

Poor Customer Service -
Purchased a new pair of Alphafly's $390.00 and they did nt have my size. Ordered them in and the team could not call me to advise what was going on, no follow up's to mention when they arrived after 11 days.

Went into store and requested to reserve some Vapourflys 10.04.21 and was told can not do this, rang up today 14.04.21 as no one followed up again to be told they changed their mind and let another person reserve the one and pair in my size.
Absolute joke!

What awesome staff.
I turned up a bit early & the store wasn't open yet. So they opened early just for me.
Made me feel like a king, then the staff we're absolutely amazing & helped me with everything from picking good stuff right through to cutting the tags off so I could wear it immediately.

I entered a raffle online and won a place to purchase a pair of Jordan shoes before release date. The email didn't state of I need photo ID. I called the store and was told no ID required. When I got the store the manager who was so rude she totally dismissed me. Don't even bother going into the Nike store Brisbane the staff are total cows. Why don't they employe people with some passion for retail and customer service. Super disappointed.
