Omg! Best customer service I’ve received in a long time when going shopping! Jonathan (apologies if I didn’t spell that correctly) was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my present for my partners birthday and took the time to ask me about my day. I’ll definitely be coming back, thank you Jonathan.

The lady that served me and the manager that was on shift were amazing. Went the extra mile and really looked after me. I’d recommend anyone to come to this store, the staff and service from my experience is great!

Very unhelpful staff. Didn't know how to sign up on there own app to get discount to work.

I’ve had good and bad experiences at this Nike store. Sometimes I get exceptional service from knowledgeable staff, and other times they have misled myself and other customers about Nike’s own warranty procedures and the Australian consumer law. They should be training their managers on how to properly process refunds and exchanges according to ACL. I’m only rating 2 stars as I have gotten great service purchasing my shoes, but if there’s ever a problem, you should go somewhere else.

A sales person by the name of Delena was so much help. I really needed a good pair of running shoes and she chose the right shoe and colour without being pushy. Highly recommend!

I came in today looking for a new pair of running shoes and was met with exceptional service from a sales rep by the name of Dalena. She went above and beyond in helping me find the right pair of shoes (Nike Pegasus) in terms of size and colour. Her service was second to none and showed she’s an asset to Nike Garden City.

Had a Jonathan and some other dude serve me today, cant recommend them enough. Good attitude and rang a heap of stores looking for the product I was after. Thanks heaps:)

Walked in, asked the nearest guy if they sold Nike Quest 4 shoes in store. Guy said they were only available online. Looked around and saw 5-6 other shoes that looked the same. While I checked and saw that none of them were the same, the least the guy could have done was try to offer and sell me an alternative/ similar pair of shoes. Missed sale opportunity and bad customer service. Will be taking my money over to Skechers, in hopes I'll get better service and assistance at finding shoes for work.

Recently I went to the Nike Garden City store to buy some shoes and the worker (Jeremy) helped me. Very good!

We bought so many shoes at this store during this black friday. Staff are very nice and friendly specially Thanks Jason.

Wonderful store with fabulous staff, especially Jason who was magnificent with his customer service. He was so friendly, professional and his service was 19/10 - he is an asset to your store.

I called & spoke to Jason yesterday at Garden City, Upper Mount Gravatt store & he took time to talk to me & pointed me (online) to the colours in shoes he had available in my size in the style I wanted. He also checked other stores & the warehouse. Lovely bloke & so helpful! Today I popped in store to try on & purchase my shoes. I am thrilled to bits! Thank you Jason & Jonathan for looking after me, you are awesome!

Very helpful and polite. Helped me find a pair of Nike Air Force and had them transported from another store and called to let me know they arrived. Only took 2 days and i had them!

There was this Asian girl staff who had a very bad attitude. I just got off the store and I asked questions but she was not friendly at all.

There were 4 employees today and only 1 of them asked me if I needed help. The other 3 just stood in a circle and chatted to each other the whole time. When I stood waiting for help, they ignored and were talking loudly of their social life. A young man (named Solomon I think, I'm not sure. It was hard to hear under the masks!) Was super helpful. He was not pushy and assisted me with my purchase and questions. Thank you for the help! (He had dark complexion and brown hair. Sorry for lack of details but please commend his awesome customer service! Garden City 4/Jul at 3pm).

Very bad service didn’t have any Jordan’s of LeBron shoes at our no sock our any 2 other Nike shoes I wanted there said in stock but wasn’t

Doesn't stock the latest and greatest range and staff generally stand around without interacting with shoppers. Head to Chermside or City instead. Christmas time and they had limited stock for basic things like socks
