Great customer service, Dayna was amazing, very helpful & friendly & made our shopping experience so much better!

Last Thursday night Kennon helped my son out with some new Nike spikes. I got my 12 year old to call ahead to check for sizes and Kennon answered and was all too happy to go and check for the young fella while we held on the phone.

When we went in to try on and purchase service was equally as good and he was very pleasant. We get all out Nike shoes from there as the staff have always been really helpful.

On another occasion (unsure if she still works there) Eledhwen helped us out with the same quality service and care.

Possibly the best Nike Store in the country from a customer service perspective. Very helpful, professional and friendly staff. They pick up their phones, set aside my pair and had it ready for me when I got into the store. Store is clean, well presented and organised.

We had amazing service at this store. I was assisted straight away and chose some shoes in minutes! Would definitely recommend this store to anyone, whether buying for someone else or yourself!

My son bought a pair of running spikes under a year ago $260 one of them snapped. I called and asked what their warranty policies were i don't have the receipt, no problems whats your name it will be in our system. Omg i have never experienced such great service i was told we can exchange or refund. The whole process was amazing. Thank you to

I just wanna say thank to the Nike team but especially to Sue I was unsure of the the shoe size for my teenage daughter which wasn't with me at the time but she delivered the right size as the smile on her face was priceless when she tried those shoe's on

Very rude manager today. The guys working were great but this manager was just short and rude. Didn’t help with our size, refused to serve us for no reason whatsoever. My family have been shopping at Nike Robina for years and after this experience I do not think we’ll be back.

Purchased some cloths with my teenage daughter. Mel helped her like a big sister. Great service highly recommended on the service alone.

Recently I have had the pleasure of purchasing two pairs of shoes and three pairs of socks from Nike Robina, and my experience was nothing but exceptional. The variety of products the store had to offer was considerably larger than other Nike stores within the vicinity. The staff were also remarkably accomodating. I had to return one of the pairs shoes I had bought about a week later because I popped the air bubble in it, and the staff members were extremely understanding and replaced my shoes with a pair of new ones. The only inconvenience about this store is that it is not under the same business as other nike stores, so I was not able to use a voucher that I had earned at Nike Carindale, however, once again, the staff members exceptionally empathetic and gave me three pairs of socks for free, which are worth $25.

I purchased a pair of nike running shoes from this store a few weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier. The staff recommended the correct shoe for my needs, gave me a few options depending on budget, and even sharpened the price on the pair I ended up buying. After running 20+ KM with my new pair, I can safely say I am very happy with the recommendation. Will go back when I need another pair of shoes

If you are desperate for Nikes I guess go here but I have literally purchased 3 shoes here in the last few months due to my foot size/ shape/ knowing the shoe I need and have rarely experienced worse service. I’ve had 3 different staff members too and they are all been rubbish. You can go around the corner to athletes foot and get actually decent service or even rebel sport. I’m actually done with nikes now as I can’t support such bad customer service.

Amazing store, well laid out and easy to navigate, the staff where so smiley and willing to help. The lovely Phoebe helped my cousin and I try on multipul shoes and didn't bat an eyelid when we requested different sizes and shoes, even though going back and forth to get then can be painful. Thank you Nike! And thank you to Phoebe in particular, you guys are all awesome!:)

The staff are always there and ready to help me when I enter the store and the shop is well-equiped with the latest Nike products.
