Came in today was super crowded so hard to walk around, but they had a great variety of clothing and shoes with good discounts

Came in 4/8/23. Jesus christ, staff more concerned with having a chat amongst each other than doing their job. Could’ve easily walked out the store with products & staff wouldn’t have even noticed.
This is why robots are replacing humans in customer service - at least they’ll get the job done properly & promptly.

Staff are definitely fed up from their jobs. Just asked a simple question about wether we can pay him for our stuff as many Nike stores do that to make the checkout process smoother but this man rudely told us off saying “the line’s right there you see. If I were serving, the line would have three times here than what it is at checkout. ” If he had just said no, it would have been okay. And then he goes on telling other people how customers can’t see “obvious “ things. Seems like you can’t enquire about things anymore.

Poor service I walked in twice and no one came near me. Prices where not the best as I purchased what I was looking for from insport.

Massive range of all things, this shop will cover all basis and get you sorted with all your Nike gear. Not to mention for a bargain price, got a nice Nike Jordan shirt for $20 down from $60. Family friend got a full running set for $95 normally $160, if you like a bargain and nice clothes or shoes. Visit Nikes outlet

Prices where not cheap and most of the shoes look like they where stolen from the ten pin bowling ally. When did Nike lose there way?

New store looks just Wow!
But gone are the amazing consistent discounted "back wall" sneakers specials that I seen week after month of old that had a minimum 30% off already marked down prices! ‍ Sneakers are still discounted but not as heavy as the older Nike Factory.
Staff are always helpful and pleasant. And always in reach.
Hopefully stock will turnover fast in store on all apparel and shoes, atleast giving a good continuous changing range.
*stock looks incredibly full, though note there are only 5-6 sneakers per side-wall display. Just a good amount of sizes per shoe (on re'opening day Thursday).
But please bring back the markdowns.as an employee said on the re-opening grand day, it's more a shop than an outlet!?
It's Harbourtown ‍️full of outlets. It's why people shop there.
P.s also in future, maybe section off the grand re-openings if there is another, or an VIP party, to the public eye. Standing in line at the front watching a "random" selection of 40 people win free kicks, goody merch bags etc was exciting yet hard to watch.
We come here as locals around the corner to shop, though it looks like the sneaker displays are marginally bigger than before with less discounts.
Disappointed is an understatement. Service is on point. Always.

Had an amazing experience at Nike Harbourtown today. What an asset Leonie is to your team. Got us to sign up to the app for 10% off & we now get updated in advance when sales are coming. What a great team member she is.

Do NOT by the Nike GT Run basketball shoes, they cut into my right foot and my sock which caused my foot to bleed.

Prices are on the expensive side. The range today was small and uninteresting. The exterior windows are not very inviting.

The Nike store is amazing! So many bargains to had. Went to buy 1 pair of shoes for my 11year old son, and left with 2 pairs. The service was excellent from Harley and Jorge. Jorge also put me on to the Nike app where I received a further 10% off my purchase. Going during the week definitely helped as the weekends can get a bit to crowded. I will be going back to purchase more bargains again soon. Keep up the good work lads. Ps.threw in a extra photo so everyone can see what else they can get. And there's plenty more.
