Great friendly staff who always have a smile! I drop into this store at least a few times each week for a evening snack on my way home from work.

The hot food is always delicious, fresh and never greasy! I believe that they use a special oil! I also enjoy the Night Owl muffins and do not usually eat muffins; these are moist and scrumptious!

I love the Night Owl’s special deals and special offers; there’s always something great on offer.

Great and interesting range of products given the size of the store (including fruit and vegetables).

There’s off street parking for those who drive rather than walk! There’s a great Terry White Pharmacy, Pizza Hit and fabulous Kebab Shop in the same small centre; all worth visiting!

Flawless staff and impeccable customer service, the store is greatly presented and displays are full very easy to navigate for a quick in and out stop.

Clean, well lit, large selection of groceries and snacks and drinks. Friendly polite helpful owner. I will make this my go-to after hours convenience store.

Avoid this shop at all costs. Worst customer service ever. Second time that they messed up a Go Card order. No apology and then expect the customer to deal with Translink for the mistakes that they made.

This new store has opened within the last two months. The shop is slightly smaller than the last night owl. I've heard rumours that it's under corporate management (not privately run). Couldn't be happier. Very convenient now that you're back! The staff are excellent, they practice good hygiene and customer service. Store presentation is good too. Please don't go away!

Walk across the road for 10 minutes and they'll get your car towed for $450, towing company are absolute psychos (brisbane towing co)

In January, I dropped into this store for the first time, seeking a cup of coffee and was told that no coffee was being served but that a new coffee machine was arriving next week. In March, I dropped in again (for the second time), seeking a cup of coffee and once again there was no coffee but the promise of a new machine arriving next week. When I complained to the person working there that this was the same story I'd been told two months ago, he stated quite bluntly that he didn't care and it wasn't his problem. The service at this NightOwl is markedly different from my regular one in the pedestrian mall in the Valley, where coffee is served and where the employees are always friendly. This middle-aged Caucasian employee with whom I interacted was just plain rude. I won't be back again and I would award this establishment zero stars if I could.

Had a bad experience having our car towed.some or all of the shop owners must be working with the towing company BRISSY TOWING, who are rude and arrogant and can’t even fill in their paperwork. Take your business elsewhere and black ban this Centre! Share your story on Facebook but you won’t be able to go to the towing company Facebook as it’s shut down!
